I weighed in this morning and I am at 178.2, not excited about it but I'll take it :-) Since I have been sticking to plan all week and have not eaten any chocolate candy in 3 days, I think I am gaining muscle faster than I am losing fat.
Next week I am going crazy with the cardio, hopefully I will have a more weight loss to report.
I'm so excited!!! I weighed myself this morning (after my TOM FINALLY ended!) and I was at 172!!! OMG!! YAY! I'm almost there!!! I can totally do this!!!!! More working out+watching what I eat is totally gonna pay off!!!
Beautiful - just keep at it!! Even a little coming off is better than nothing at all..cause that little bit will keep adding up and you'll keep getting smaller

Beautiful, you'll get there soon enough! I was all freaked just a few days ago thinking I wasn't losing enough. A little water weight just fell off and I feel SO much better. I kind of think it comes off in fits and spurts sometimes. You won't feel like you'll ever lose another lb again and suddenly it starts again. You'll be in the 160s before you know it!
Congrats everyone-it sounds like you're all doing really well. Hopefully we can all get to the 160s soon.
I weighed in this morning at exactly 177, so while it isn't much of a loss at least it isn't a gain either. I'm kind of disappointed because I thought I was doing really well but there's always next week.

Omg I ate so much junk this weekend and gained 3 pounds....I don't even know why, it was just like I didn't even care about staying on plan!! I'm planning on exercising alot this week, but I'm so mad at myself!! Guess the 160's are gonna have to wait for a bit longer...
Morning everyone. I was at 173.0 this morning, but I am really suprised it wasn't more than that since I was stuck doing homework all weekend and just eating what was convenient. I feel really good this morning. I'm wearing a super cute shirt that has a belt around it. Never thought I could pull this look off, but I must say I am doing a really good job. Haha. Also, I had a NSV this weekend when I went clothes shopping. Just for fun, I decided to try on a size 10 jean and they went on, buttoned, and zipped. I did have a muffin top so I wasn't ready to buy them just yet, but I have NEVER worn a size 10 in my entire life! I started out my journey at a size 20 so I was really excited!
lulu- I doubt you really gained 3 lbs. It's most likely water weight. Just increase your water the next few days and flush it all out. =)
Congratulations to all you who are closer to the 160s, and good luck to those who saw small gains but will be back on track in no time! It looks like all of us will be in the 160s thread within the next couple weeks!
I'm debating with myself whether to weigh-in tomorrow, or wait until my actual deadline on Wednesday (my 25th birthday). On the one hand, I only had 0.3lbs to lose to reach 169.9, so I'm probably there by now, and I'm impatient. On the other, if I wait one more day I may have a larger and therefore more satisfying loss.
Here I am one the night before weigh in eating a piece of chocolate while drinking tea!! Someone has a serious case of monday....no joke work was super hectic today!
It'll be the day of reckoning tomorrow morning so I can officially say that im 170..I really hope i dont have to change my tracker back

I weighed this morning at 172, but I'm back to being scared to change my ticker... I was a little sleepy when I saw the 172 so I wanted to see it again when I got out of the shower and it said 173 - Hubby says it was because I'd just gotten out of the shower, so I will believe him.
