Hello Chicks

I hope everyone is doing well this week! I did two cardio classes yesterday which was a huge milestone for me that was two hours of workout yesterday and I am so proud of myself for that.

I know I'm a little late but I would love to join in!

I haven't seen a one in front of my weight for about 6 years now! But I'm taking steps to try and get back to onederland. I joined the Jingle Away the Jiggle challenge in the 100 lb forum which is to lose 50 lbs by Christmas so if I meet the challenge I should be 184 lbs.! Gosh!! That seems almost impossible but I know I can get there with the help of all the helpful and motivating people on this site! Just like I know we all can make it to onederland!!

Sigh. Okay. After 2 days of semi-okay eating and exercise time to get this show on the road again. I really need to get a scale, but my budget is NOT allowing for it right now. Oiy.

I lose about a pound of week. I think I need to step up my workouts because I'd like to try to do two. I work out 30 min a day, but I think I need more.

Hi, I'm new here! Just joined yesterday and was looking for a little group to come to. I was hoping to join this one! Because I'm tired of looking at myself in the mirror and not liking what I see. And I'm tired of not feeling sexy or pretty for my fiance, even when he tells me I am. I need to feel good for me. And if it makes him happier, then that's a plus. ^w^

I have been working out ok but my lacking is in the eating department. I suck at planning but it seems to be the only thing that will work. I had lost 35lbs and in feb was down to 220 but I gain back 20plus lbs in a matter of months. My problem is I binge too much but next time I go shopping I will buy healthy foods. I know what I have to do its a matter of doing it. I hope everyone is having a great week

Waaaaay too slowly! Only kidding. But just kind of. I know I can lose 1 to 2 lbs a week, but I have to commit all week long (aka every day has to be OP and I have to be busting my booty a ton). But due to some personal and work issues that have been going on for most of July, I've kinda been hovering. Not gaining, but not losing. So I'm really trying to get to a point where I can move past those issues and stay on plan.

I'm with Lisa, I have to be super OP to even lose 1-2 lbs a week. My body doesn't want to get rid of this fat, and its super obnoxious.
