I've been all over the place:
April -12.4 (this wasn't my first month but it was the month I got serious about it),
May -1.6 (I had a 8 lb gain one week [went a bit nuts on vacation] that totaly threw my net loss off, without that week my loss for that month is 9.6),
June - 2.4 (total yo-yo month: lost 3.8, gained 3.8, lost 6, gained 3.6)
So far this month I've only lost 1 lb, but I'm expecting around a 2 lb loss at weigh-in this Saturday
My biggest battles have been stay on track during vacation (I had 2 vacations this summer, double-wammy to the weight loss) and getting too cocky (slacking off) after a big loss
