beaka - I started 4 months ago, but I've been pretty persistent with it, and I have a lot of opportunities to go to the gym - so that's what helps out the most. You're doing great!!

I'm down another 1/2 pound this week. Not a lot, but a loss is a loss and slow and steady wins the race, right? Plus some great NSVs of a lower resting heart rate with exercise and newly defined muscles from my weight training routine. Can't wait for tank top season now that the under arm flab is turning to muscle!
7 1/2 pounds til onederland! I'm sitting at my desk chugging water and I have a long run and weight training scheduled at the gym today after work!
General question: do you folks consider yourself in onederland when the scale first reads 199 (or lower!), or do you say it counts when you're consistently under 200?
According to my morning scale reading, I'm 2.5 lbs away, but I don't know if I'll only really be in onederland once I'm permenantly in the 100's.
Well, I had gained back up to 206.1 after my mom's stay in the hospital...and this past week I spent in huntsville with my bf. I was expecting to be like 212 when i got home...cause I had TONS of bad food...super buttery popcorn at the movies, saltgrass steakhouse, mcdonalds, taco bell...all sorts of crap...PLUS I made cookies and ate a lot of them...
BUT I weighed this morning and I'm back down to 205.3 =D
somehow I managed to lose weight, even with all that crap...haha

I would like to join you ladies here if you don,t mind. I am patiently awaiting seeing that wonderful onderland very soon. All of you ladies are doing great. Are you guys following a specific diet and routine or just eating healthy?
Equinata - I'm doing Weight Watchers, but I'm doing it on my own at home...no meetings and I'm not paying for it. My mom had the materials laying around from back when she tried it (forever ago...lol) and so I decided to just do it on my own. I haven't really been exercising much, but I'm planning on starting a routine soon.
