Starting Date of Weightloss Journey: 10/05/2009 when I started my lifestyle change but it's been a life time of yoyo dieting
Starting Weight: 191.5

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Losing motivation
Following any specific plan: My own plan (exercise daily and recording my calories on a daily basis)
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: In the past I always had the "I have plenty of time" mentality. Now that I'm in my mid twenties I realize I want to live life to the fullest. I don't wanna wait until I'm a lot older and realize how much time I've wasted sitting on my butt watching life pass me by.
Anything else you would like to share with us: Reading and seeing everyone's posts, struggles, problems, successes, joys, transformations is incredibly motivation and inspirational. Whenever I feel down I definitely peruse through the forum and realize I am not alone.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past:I have always been happy with the way I look its more about just losing my belly and inner thighs I want to have more energy and relieve the stress on my feet and knees.
Anything else you would like to share with us:I have always been kinda big but nothing where anyone has ever said anything and my boyfriend loves me just as I am and usually I crash diet because my ex's have always made me feel bad about it but now this time it really is for me.

Starting Date of Weightloss Journey: This is kind of difficult to pinpoint, when I left for college I was 196 (that was August 7) and when I next weighed myself (October 15), I was 180. On October 25, I decided that I wanted to do something about my weight, I bought a scale for my dorm room, and began watching what I ate and going to my school's gym. I was 182 then. I guess my starting date would be the 25th, then?
Starting Weight: Technically 196, but could also be 182
Present Weight: I am 178 now, I think
Goal Weight: 112, it is a bit extreme sounding, but I have really small bones. And my doctor has signed off on this goal.
Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Going to the gym, and bingeing.
Following any specific plan: I just eat healthier and smaller portions, and exercise, exercise, exercise!

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past:
I have more motivation to lose weight because the difference I have seen and I love being able to go in the store and pick up something and try it on and it fits. I use to hate shopping because I hated the way everything looked on me.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I just need extra motivation to lose the rest and I recommend watching the biggest loser for motivation because I think it is amazing to see the people on there and the progress they make.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I have done this in past w/o the ChaLean Extreme with just running and eating better(even though I was living with my family). This time around I have program (worth a lot of money) to work with and a couple trips planned next year to make me reach my goal

Starting Weight: 227
Present Weight: 202
Goal Weight: 160 (If I can lose more, great but I'd like to get down to 160 first)
Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Keeping with it. I didn't get the nickname LazyBlazy for nothing. If I can find the easy way out of something, I take it. I've learned through this experience that there is no easy way out of weight loss if you really want to see results. Also, I'm not very patient when it comes to the scale, so I easily get discouraged when I have those weeks that I don't see big numbers.
Following any specific plan: Not so much, just keeping track of the food I eat and working out 6 times a week.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: First of all, I've only really tried to lose the weight once before, as I was in denial and actually thought I was healthy at my weight! But last time I worked out but I starved myself in the process. Then I used my work outs as an excuse to binge and then feel guilty about it and repeat the process. I've also told people this time around, and figured out that I've got to keep myself accountable or I start to slip and look for any little excuse to eat the junk food that I've loved in the past.
Anything else you would like to share with us: Really happy that I've found this site and I hope to stay on it throughout my journey.
