I had a binge day yesterday too. I did get my work outs in so I was at least proud of that. Tomorrow is my last day of the Shred, I had a lot of results at the very beginning, but not so much now. It is TOM for me too, and I have noticed I don't have as much strength or endurance during the shred. I'm bloated and I went from 187-190 I'm hoping that is just fluid retention and not an actual change.
I do need to say that I feel more healthy even if the weight isn't flying off. It's like eating clean makes me feel clean on the inside because I know I'm not poisoning myself with processed crap. But I don't mind if the pounds want to fly off, I will happily embrace that!
