I had a binge day yesterday too. I did get my work outs in so I was at least proud of that. Tomorrow is my last day of the Shred, I had a lot of results at the very beginning, but not so much now. It is TOM for me too, and I have noticed I don't have as much strength or endurance during the shred. I'm bloated and I went from 187-190 I'm hoping that is just fluid retention and not an actual change.

I do need to say that I feel more healthy even if the weight isn't flying off. It's like eating clean makes me feel clean on the inside because I know I'm not poisoning myself with processed crap. But I don't mind if the pounds want to fly off, I will happily embrace that!

Ok I just need to finish my session, then I'll be able to exercise..I have two essays to finish..then finished..because now in days im at school from 8:30 am to 8:30 at night....so that means that I'm out of the house at 7:30 and come home at 9:30..I barely have time to shower, let alone exercise. I finish tomrrow if I can finish my two essays tonight

Today has been a better day so far, I got up this morning and did my treadmill workout and now I am about to do 30DS and then this afternoon I will try and fit in another treadmill workout. I feel alot better and hopefully can pull myself together before weigh-in on Monday! I am still showing a 3 pound increase on the scale, probably from TOM.

I finished my final day of the 30DS! I am so proud of myself, I did it straight through every day regardless of what excuses I came up with!

But the scale still wont budge. I was at 187 up to 190 and I really don't know why. I know that my body is going to have to start dropping fat soon, it really doesn't have much of a choice, but it gets more difficult to stay op when there are no changes happening.

Hey red ladies where you at? This thread has been slow lately, hope everyone is having a great day! I am upping my calories the next couple days, hopefully that translates to a loss Monday and not a gain!

sorry , i've been so busy. next week is the last of school, then finals. I've been eating fairly well and exercising most days, i just don't have much time to check in.

Sorry guys, finals this week. And I've been stressing about the new job. I'm doing ok. I think I'm eating too much and I haven't been tracking my calories that well. But I did start 30DS yesterday. Got through the whole thing... had to stop a few times but I made it.

I feel the same, fleming. What do you have in mind? I was thinking of getting Extreme Fat Smash and doing that once the new year hits. (Anyone ever tried it or heard anything about it?) Till then, it's 30DS.

I plan on taking my last test tomorrow. I'll be more active on here after that.

Hi ladies! I'm dreading weigh in because I weighed myself a few days ago and was up 4 pounds bringing be back to 200. It's like 200 is mocking me and won't let me stay in onederland.
