Raw- I'm glad you've found the source of the stinkiness. I always leave random things to rot in my room...I don't know why..I only realise it until it is really moldy and discusting haha..but actually I've been pretty clean these last weeks

As for me ate pretty well today, I walked to my grandmas(about 2 km) and I played in a pool for 45 min with my little cousin..Tomorrow I definitely need to start the shred
I'm afraid I won't lose for monday. I don't have a digital balance so I don't know the decimales when I weigh myself and I think since it's only been since tuesday that I've started that I won't have lost a complete pound. I should get myself a digital balance...to be more precise.
Oh well, I'll try to make sunday the catch up day....I hope to do my first day of 30DS, jog 20 minutes, ab work(10 min)..maybe bike a little(to somewhere close)...I need to do homework so obviously I'll be willing to do anything to avoid it..so I might make it
