im thinking of maybe taking a dance classs, i really enjoy dancing and ive been hurting for dayyys since friday whne i danced all night, just felt like a good work out lol! but good luck with weighins tomorow ladies dont let the scale get you down, as long as you feel good you are good. and if you dont feel good, change that, any way you can.
So I'm on day 2 of 30DS... I have a question: I'm not sweating, like at all. My body is exhausted after the workout and hurts all day but I'm not sweating. I thought sweat meant you were burning fat. Is it better to sweat or to hurt?

Hello Everyone!! I also do 30 Day Shred, I am on day 4 today of level 1. I weigh myself every morning and this morning I weighed in at 285 so I doubt it will change tomorrow morning, but I will post in before noon tomorrow if it does. My goal weight loss for this challenge is 9 pounds. I am okay with Robot or anyone else who wants to be captain!! GO RED TEAM!!!
That was my first post for this challenge and I had a goal of 9 pounds for this challenge and today when I weighed myself this morning I was 276, I actually met my goal of 9 pounds!!! GO RED TEAM!
