Fleming, congrats on the % loss. that is freaking awesome!

I just did my first day of level 3. I watched it last night and thought it didn't look too hard, boy was I wrong! Kicked my butt! I like it a lot more then level 2 which I hated every minut of and was bored out of my mind.

Duchess - Level 2 isn't my favorite either. I just have a few more days of it. I was looking at level 3, and am actually excited that I won't have to do so many plank positions. I really can't complain though, because Shred is doing amazing things for my body. It made me start thinking on whether to do another 30 days, or just do it a few days a week.

Why dont you guys just skip ahead to level 3? Then stay at 3 for a little longer than you normally would. ...No one's gonna know...

I would skip to level 3, but I think level 2 is preparing me for 3. I only have a few days of level 2 anyway, so it's no big deal.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving tomorrow!! I have family in from out of town and I haven't been able to get my 30 DS in, but I am hoping that I can atleast get on the treadmill at some point while they are here!! I have been eating pretty good on plan and hopefully tomorrow will go just as well!!

How did everyone do on Thanksgiving? I did great, I was a bit over on sodium and under on fiber but I stayed in my calorie range and got my workouts in. It probably helped that we weren't able to make it to my parents. They have a way of pushing food.

We put up the Christmas tree today and will put up the other decorations this weekend. I am so excited!

I need to get my butt in gear though with this weight loss if I am going to make my Christmas goal.

I did great on Thanksgiving, but today with all the leftovers, I failed. I've been doing Shred everyday, so I'm at least happy about that.

I didn't do so hot over thanksgiving. I didn't stuff myself, but i did eat a lot, and i had pizza last night for dinner too . I'm back on track today though, and working out. Hopefully it won't affect my weigh in on monday. I'm not thinking it will though, i calculated my Tday cals, and i ate about 2300 which really isn't horrible. Good luck everyone.

fleming13- I've never been to Pittsburgh, glad your having a good time though!

DutchessPMS- We put our decorations up Wednesday night. Our house looks so pretty i love the holiday's. What is your Christmas goal? There are still four weeks to go so i'm sure you can make it.

Hello everyone! I have not done so good this week with exercise. I have not been able to exercise at all since Tuesday because of having family visiting for Thanksgiving. My family left this morning so I have been able to do both treadmill and 30DS. I have been able to eat within my points and hopefully that will help me with my weigh-in tomorrow.

hello ladies im back from my 4-day restaurant only food but luckily im in th clear and didnt gain any weight. good thing they had an exercise room!

I'm back in town. Thanksgiving went fair. I'm really not sure how I did. Hope I'm at least the same weight in the morning.
