Evening ladies! Well, I just got back from work and I feel pretty exhausted! I'll still manage to fit in my exercise though
The 30DS is really good, the first time I tried it I made it through the first 10 minutes and then my legs went so wobbly from using muscles I hardly ever use that I had to stop. I could hardly walk for the next 3 days!

I started it again though and it wasn't so bad the next time as I did the modified exercises (thought I was doing them the first time but apparently not

) Anyway, I perservered with it and although I ached quite a bit for the first 2 days, it definitely got easier and I can hardly feel it the next morning now. The workout is still really tough though and I find the first set of strength and cardio the worst. Once I get past that bit though I love the rest of it. I'd certainly recommend giving it a go

I'd definitely recommend using an exercise mat though if you have a wooden floor. I didn't have one when I did it the first time and almost slipped over in the lovely puddle of sweat I left....yummy! Haha!
