Happy Saturday Everyone

Hope everyone is having a great on plan weekend so far

So, I had my weigh in this morning and I meet goal I weighed in at 134.2. I'm so excited. I knew the fasting the three days would do the trick.

Well I hope that everyone enjoys the rest of their evening. Will try to check in tomorrow.

Hello ladies, Happy October!!

This month my goal is to be at least 216!!

Starting Weight: 222.1
Goal Weight: 216

Ladies never give up no matter how bumpy the road may look, because the end of that road is VICTORY!!

I will continue to take it one day at a time and will not let that number define me.

Good Morning Everyone

Just a quick check in before my workout. Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far

It's really chilly here today. I think that yesterdays high was only 48 degrees

Martine Thanks so much, it was a long road and I never thought I would actually be able to get down to that weight again. So to continue on with my exercise and watching what I eat.

I hope everyone had a good weekend and that your Monday is off to a great start! Weight is down to 203.6 which is surprising and good. I have no idea if it's a fluke or a pattern but the last couple of months I've seen drops in weight the week/days leading up to TOM.

Last week was a tough one. A dear friend and colleague who works in my unit was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. She had been feeling discomfort in her breasts for a while but only recently checked it out as she didn't think it was serious. No condemnation or judgment of her as I'm not a huge lover of doctor visits, not even my yearly check-ups an examines. Teeth and eyes no problem. But as I've gotten older I recognize how yearly examines and acting on ailments NOW are so important. And of course, this only drives home the point that my weight is a bodily manifestation that is pretty much in my hands so shedding it needs to be more of a priority and taken seriously. @lovemylife001, you've set an example for us all. So, so proud of you! for reaching your goal. It's been a pleasure observing you plugging away day in and out and never giving up

If you're the praying or spiritual type, please keep her in your prayers. If you are a positive thinker she could use all the good vibes and thoughts you send her way. Personally, this lady is one of the most positive people who ever walked the earth. She has a husband and two little ones so I know her fight is for so much more than herself.

Let's make this a great day everyone!

Curvy Thanks for the compliment I never thought I would see that number on the scale again. I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. Breast Cancer really scares me. I've known 4 people that have had it. Thankfully they all are doing ok. My prayers are with her and her family.

Happy Monday Everyone! The weekend with the grandbabies was awesome! Saturday I got the urge to cook. So when my daughter in law woke up I had supper made for her so she could eat before going to work. I made meatloaf, baked potato, and broccoli cheese casserole. I also made a homemade choloate cake with peanut butter frosting. I didn't eat any of it ...well I did take one bite of the cake. Actually after going this long without eating sugar, I thought it was way too sweet.

I took the kids for a walk on Saturday and Sunday. But we only walked one mile eash day. I pushed Rylan in the stroller and carried Tayla in the moby wrap so it was a bit more of a work out that just walking.

Curvy I am sorry to hear about your friends. Prayers of healing to her and prayers for strength and comfort to her friends and family as they support her through her journey.

lovemylife: A BIG CONGRATULATIONS on meeting (and exceeding) your goal!! I hope somebay I will be able to celebrate that accomplishment!

Matine: Someday are just made for the coach and movies! Too many times I will turn on Lifetime Movie Network and just get sucked in for the whole day!

When I started WeightNot I was hoping I would get to 250 by our anniversary. It seemed like it would be impossible. This morning I stepped on the scale and it was 249.8! Our anniversary is this coming Wednesday. We aren't doing anything special, and I am fine with that. My next mini goal is to be below 200, I am really hopng to be there by January 1, 2016!

Alicia, good job on the 2lbs the .8 is water, it'll be gone in time I had two bdays, hubby's was Friday and our oldest son's was Saturday ... yum bday cake but only our son's. My husband likes carrot cake. I'll have to throw it out because he'll never finish it alone (no one else will eat it)

Kate your dinner sounded delicious And your walks were a workout in themselves, good job, though not intentional on meeting your 250 goal ahead of time. I have no doubt that you will be in Onederland by the New Year, You've got this!

These 220's has been beating me down, so I had to take action. I'm doing the Focus T25, 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse and running. It is time to get to the 2teens.

Yesterday was an aboslutely perfect fall day. Warm and sunny! Buttt....I didn't get out for a walk. We needed more ceiling paint and I had to get groceries. I took care of that after work and by the time I got home it was dark. Although, everyplace I stopped I parked at the far end of the parking lot so I could get some extra steps in.

Rennie- Thanks for the words of encouragement! I so hope I reach Onederland!! It has been nearly 20 years since I have been below 200 pounds. Just keep working your plan eventually those pounds will drop and stay gone!!

Winning- Keep up the good work! You will hit your monthend goal!

curvynotlumpy definitely sending positive thoughts for your friend to stay strong through her battle with breast cancer. An employee of mine faced this fight last year and I admired her strength and courage so much. Women are strong.

winning15 great job on fighting the 220s, you're almost out of there now.

KateB you reached your first goal right on time! Enjoy your anniversary and this tremendous success!

I'm just hanging around the same weight right now. Haven't exercised in a few days, keep making excuses and letting work get in the way. Today I have off and plan on kicking my butt into gear.
