Up 0.4 to 209.3. Annoyed, but don't want to climb into the 2teens. Have my lunch, have my gym bag. Going upstairs to the gym as soon as the work day is done. I'm looking forward to it. I've been feeling sluggish lately. Part time change, part weight gain, part med schedule needs to be adjusted to associate with being back on Eastern time. Crazy how the slightest things can have such a great impact.

Hello ladies, Happy October!!

This month my goal is to be at least 216!!

Starting Weight: 222.1
Goal Weight: 216

I woke up to the 210's this morning. This is one happy lady!!

Kukke You got this! Keep pushing forward!

Good Tuesday Morning Everyone

Hope everyone had a great Monday. I've stayed on plan for weeks now and am really proud of myself. I have been exercising 5-6 days per week. I just need to keep up the momentum.

I have my strategy planned for a party we are having on Friday at work, plus trick or treating at everyone's desk For the party, I'm packing my own salad with dressing and they are ordering chicken so I will have a piece of that without the skin.

And no cake or candy for me. I will bring the candy home for the kids. Wish me luck lol

Kukkie84 You are doing great, just keep up the good work. Sometimes the scale likes to mess with us, you'll be down before you know it.

Good morning

No weigh in for me this morning. It was a hectic morning - on top of the crazy rain storm we're having, I had left my wallet at work yesterday, and I need a credit card to pay for parking at the subway station. Had taken hubby's card last night, but then misplaced it. Went nuts looking for that. My son had pajama day at preschool today, but didn't get why he couldn't wear his slippers and had to wear his rainboots. All in all, just a frantic morning. But I feel good. Went to the gym after work yesterday, felt great when I left there. This morning, I somehow managed to throw together a decent lunch so I wouldn't buy something at the cafeteria. I'm going to try to just make good decisions for the rest of the week and then weigh in at the end. But who am I kidding, I'll probably be on the scale tomorrow morning.

Good Wednesday Morning Everyone

Hope all is well. This week is flying by, which is awesome. I'm looking forward to passing out candy on Halloween. My 10 year old doesn't trick or treat so she will be helping me.

My older son is too old for it lol. I'm really surprised that I'm not tempted by the candy.

Kukkie84 I'm sorry that you had a hectic morning. It's been raining here since last night, nonstop. It's suppose to rain all day. This is the perfect day just stay at home and do nothing lol

You got a plan! That's more than most people! Haha. And it's been rainy here too - ready for the sun to come back out! The temps are still decent here - 70's during the day, so no complaints there - but man after 4 days of cloudy gray skies, I need a sunny day to lift my spirits!


As for me, so far so good. Bounced up over the weekend but have brought it back down - and working towards getting back into the 240's now. Started the year at 245.0 so my goal is to at least break even this year Still got some time so just need to get to work on it!

Only 2 more days till the weekend everyone! Hang in there!!

Apparently I'm doing quite well with my plan to not weigh in until the end of the week. But quite by accident. I just forgot this morning. Oh well. Brought my gym bag to work, heading up there afterwards. But then hubby, Peanut and I are going out for dinner tonight. Hopefully I can balance the two.

Good Thursday Morning Everyone

Hope everyone is doing well. It's been pretty quiet around here lately. I've been doing great. I've stayed on plan and really haven't had any cravings.

Kukkie84 Since I'm in maintenance now, I've decided just to weigh myself every two weeks. I figure if I'm making good choices and sticking to my exercise regime, I should be fine. Enjoy your dinner tonight.

Like Kukkie84 and others, I'm very busy here in my little corner of the world. The temperatures have finally decided to drop a bit, but oh, how I envy all of you who are having rain! As long as the rain is reasonable I can honestly say that I am more productive, sleep better...just everything is better with rain. It seems to have the opposite effect on what it does to other folks. Early meeting this morning so no weigh in for me. I'm also participating in the 1000 miles in 2015 and realized that I have met that goal. I'm now excited to think about how many more miles I can rack up before the end of the year.

Morning ladies

Went to the gym after work for a quick run, not a full workout, yesterday. Felt good and not so gluttonous when we went out for dinner and I made decent choices. Weighed in this morning at 209.6, but I'm okay with that given that it was a meal out. Need to flush out the sodium, and plan a healthy meal for tonight.

This weekend is sure to try and throw me off track, of course all the candy and chocolate that will litter our house, plus we have an engagement party tomorrow evening, and I'm going to see a matinee of Motown (the musical) with my best friend on Sunday and we're doing a belated birthday lunch for me beforehand. Need to make sure that whatever I eat throughout the weekend on my own can help offset any extra calories that may come from eating out.

Good Morning Everyone It's TGIF

I love my weekends. I have a party later today for a co-worker that's going to another department. There will be cake, brownies, cookies etc.. All of my favorite things. I decided I won't be eating any of it. I've worked to hard to get to this weight.

Martine That's good that you found something to wear for Halloween. I'm going to be little red riding hood lol. Hope your weekend is relaxing.

Kukkie84 I understand about all the temptations this weekend. I will make sure to give out every last drop of candy. for the both of us lol
