Hello everyone, I have started my training for my half marathon last Monday. I'm hoping with the training, I can knock some of this weight off. I trying to reach 220 by August 15th!!

Hi everyone. I've been off plan for a while, and struggling since I changed jobs in April. Time to hit it hard. I had a good day yesterday, so all I can do is try to take one day at a time. It's been crazy here. Hubby herniated a disk and has had two spine injections in 3 weeks. They didn't do what he needed them to do, so Friday he had back surgery. Now he can't bend twist or lift, so I have been helping him with all the things he cannot do. Fun.

UGHH today is one of those days ladies! I did well yesterday (for a Monday!) and still had a 1.4 bounce UP. I even jogged for 30 mins last night. I had mashed potatoes and some snacks with my grilled chicken and asparagus dinner. I guess that's God's way of showing me you have to be 100%! But then I look back on those days where I was worse than I was yesterday and I had losses. Guess that's the way the carrot crumbles....

Rennie, thats awesome! Compliments are tough for me to take - when I was on my first journey, I would lose 15-20 lbs and people would notice and I would be thinking "ugh here we go, do not get a big head, you still have a ways to go" - now I would just kill to have a compliment - but I have to put in the work to get those! I'm working on it

Alicia, it's probably just a little sodium, so know that it's just water and it will be gone in a blink

my scale is still moving in the right direction. I'm happy about that. I didn't take a snack or lunch with me yesterday and I was starving by the time I got home. Today I took my snack and I was still hungry ... stomach growling, smh.

akelly The way you used to feel about compliments is how I feel now. I kind of want people to just not say anything, lol. But who am I kidding, it is pretty encouraging.
LGW Grats on getting back to 216! Oh and grats on being debt free! I meant to say this earlier in the week, but I've been so busy I'm still lurking the thread though.

1: 276.6
2: 276.8 - pretty sure it's water weight since I didn't go over my calories and I did my cardio the day before. Keeping an eye on the fluctuations this week.
5: 274.4 - End of week 1.
6: 274.4
7: 274.2
8: 274
9: 272.8 - the scale read 272.2 at first but I like to weigh myself 3 times just to make sure. The last 2 times were 272.8. Majority wins :P
12: 272 - End of week 2.
13: 270.6 - I weighed 5 times to make sure. I still don't trust it so I'll give it a few days.
14: 271.4 - VERY sore muscles this week. Out of the blue, actually. C'mon water; repair those muscles!

Down 0.4 to 206.7. Had a great workout last night, but I don't think the late night popcorn was necessary *rolling eyes at myself*.

Doing well so far today, foods on point. Fingers crossed.
