I step on the scale every single day, but I'm only recording officially once a week. It makes a difference to focus on weekly losses, because day to day it bounces all over the place!

July 1: 235.6
July 9: 232.8
July 16: 232 - NEW LOW again! Woot!

232 moves me down from morbid obesity to just plain old boring obesity!

Up 0.9 to 207.0. Not as bad as last Thursday, yesterday's activities probably helped a bit. We'll see what the scale shows tomorrow.

Ughhh TOM reared its ugly face late yesterday. The first full day I'm always lethargic and crampy - and crazy bloated, so this morning I did my mental state a favor and did not get on the scale. I did have ice cream last night but even if that did bump me up, my body thanked me for caving into it's pain LOL.

Travel day! Means I get to go home Hope everyone has a great Thursday!

Actually, I think I'm going to start paying attention to my weight during my ovulation timeframes. I believe I'm ovulating now, so I'm curious as to how that affects me.

I'm logging my lost or gain for the month in parenthesis...interesting and more realistic...so thus far I've gained 1.1 lb for the month vs 2 lbs over night...I need to work on my downward trend for the month...my knee is feeling better so I've been trying to get back to exercising on my off days...I am now officially committing to exercising my next 3 days off!!! :-) I'll log it in here for accountability!

rachel2writer and winning15 both of you are so close to the 220s, I'm excited for you guys!

So after working 16 hours yesterday, I am finally off on vacation and I need it! The past few days, all I've done is work and sleep and try to eat. I am proud that I did not give in to junk food, that used to be a go-to in times of stress. I am allowing myself not to do anything today, but kicking back into gear tomorrow.

well I was doing well, then yesterday I decided to give into McDonald's and Little Debbie while out with the family. I did a ton of walking so I'm sure that helped but a 2.6lb water gain is not what I wanted to see. Hoping tomorrow's weigh in will be much better

I had 2 big ugly gains in the last two days, but that is not going to stop me from reaching my goals. I now have a 0.4 gain for the month. Going in the wrong direction. Time to turn things around.
