Well I'm hoping to get to the 160's and stay there by 8/1. I'm hoping to do a full NO carb two weeks to kick my butt into gear once and for all. Wish me luck
I admittedly only worked out twice this week when it should have been 4 times (today will make 3x, later.) A lot of family stuff is happening in my life atm and it's throwing me off. I'm hoping everything is resolved this coming week.

Savoring my last day of vacation but decided to drop by. I've been weighing every day and have been bouncing around the within the same couple of pounds. But today, a new low! I'm skeptical but for today I will take it! Can't believe July is almost over. The year is moving so quickly!
Yesterday I was up to 207.something (I can't remember what it was; just that I wasn't happy about it). In any case, this morning I was back down to 205.9. I'll take it. Went to the gym yesterday, was happy about that. My arms and quite sore, but my shoulders not so much. I think I may up my weights there, but I want to keep it kind of balanced. We'll see.
Hubby also went to the gym yesterday, but as he was on the treadmill, he heard a pop in his knee. He isn't walking very well, and he says it's quite painful. Went to the hospital, but the doctor there didn't seem to do a thorough exam, no x-ray, no MRI. She said he had patella syndrome. Well, it progressively got worse through the day, at one point it was swollen to twice the size. He's going to go to his family doctor today and get a second opinion, and hopefully she'll said him for some images and we can get the real story. Sigh. It looks like I may have to carry us for a while.
Back up to 207.5. Although I'm not stressed about it. The meal that I usually have on Wednesday nights that has too much sodium and usually bloats me, I had that last night to give myself a few days to come down by the end of the month . I've got dinner started at home, so it won't be too hard to put it together after work.
I am absolutely exhausted though. Took hubby into the doctor yesterday to get a second opinion on his knee. Go figure she wants him to get images done; she was baffled that the ER doctor didn't bother with it. She said it's possible that he may have a meniscus tear, but we won't know without the xray and ultrasound. It could be as simple as physical therapy, or as complicated as surgery. For now, we play the waiting game, which means I'm pulling double duty.

Kukkie, I'm sorry to hear about your hubby's injury. I remember his work injury and him being out. Praying it's not bad and he heals quickly
I'm not doing so great. I want everything ... I eat fine for a while then screw up. But you all are keeping the smiles going with your losses. I'm so so happy for you. Keep doing what you're doing and please send some of your my way. I need it for sure
