1 - 222 flat, lowest yet, woohoo! 2 - 221.2 officially 80.4 lbs. down *woohoo* 3 - 222.2 my body likes it's little joke lol. 4 - 221.8 5 - 220.4 6 - 219 (my lowest weight ever as an adult :carrot: , Thank you G_d!) 7 - 219.4 stayed on track yesterday, but still on track and under 220! <3 8 - 219.4 err, this is getting old now, time to lose some more weight! lol 9 - 219.2 10 - 219.8 , ate on point (around 1600 calories) what gives! Early PMS? It is really bothering me, ack, hopefully tomorrow will be better. 11 12 - 221.2 13 - 220 14 - no weigh in (I binged yesterday, giving myself a break from the scale, and back on track today!) 15 - no weigh in 16 - 221.2 17 - No weigh in 18 - No weigh in 19 - 222.6 20 - 220 (starting to lose some of my PMS water weight I think, here's hoping I'd love to end this month at around 217-218) 21 - 220.6 22 - 220.8 23 - No weigh in ( I binged the night before) 24 - 223 (I am actually ok w/this gain, I "earned" it if you will thanks to the binging, still hoping to lose some of it by month's end, we'll see, bring on the 2-teens again please! ;) ) 25 - 223.4 please let this be water weight! I definitely had a loss last month, but I had such a huge gain to start -- only 216.4 or less will be a real loss! I made it to 217 I'm ready to move my ticker. Also my month long bet with family started yesterday, $400 up for grabs!! So I'm counting on you guys to cheer me on and make sure my numbers are steadily trending down! Good luck on losing for July!! :-) |

LGW you made a great come back and wow on the $400. You can do it. I have full faith in you. :) I wish I had a bet like that. I might actually make some progress. SmallSteps has a challenge from July 4th to Labor day, I'm hoping to be at 160 firmly by then. I gained 1.6lbs for the month but overall I've gained 21.2lbs from my lowest weight. |

So, back in the day (maybe 2-3 years ago), Sandi ran a points challenge which was great for accountability. I had a lot of success with that so I am going to follow that model for my daily check-in and get back on track!
Here is how it's going to go. I will do the 3 things that work; food, water, & exercise. I decide what my food plan will be, how much water to drink, and how much exercise to get every day. And every day I have the opportunity to earn 4 points. 2 point for sticking with my food plan (no splitting points here, either I stuck to my plan or I didn't) 1 point for drinking the amount of water I decided on 1 point for getting some exercise.
