Lady red don't get discouraged. Have you tried whole 30? It is similar to paleo diet. I lost 65 lbs since August . There is no gimmicks no pills only clean eating. No grains no dairy no processed sugars or sweetners,no gluten and no alcohol for 30 days. It has helped a lot of people with hormone conditions . After 30 days you slowly reintroduce foods. Alot of people including me then do paleo.
