  • I'm Donna and I am at 192 this morning, up 15 pounds since summer. As much as I know food is the key here and not exercise - it is the lack of meaningful exercise that has bumped me up. Now I need to adjust my eating down while I'm in the limbo land of not exercising. I've been low carb for the past 3 years and lost quite a bit before this. But I need surgery for a grade 4 uterine prolapse and have to work through all the referrals. Walking (my go to exercise) causes (sorry for the TMI) gravity to do its job. Doing a few chair workouts and some yoga but feeling lousy just makes me feel like a lump!

  • Robin, good luck in the 180s! I'll step in and take over for you here. I was in a 190s thread awhile back but haven't seen one for a while until this one caught my eye, today! I lost 20lbs in 2008 and got into Onderland, then it all came to a crashing end. I just can't get it to budge more than a few pounds, then they come right back. Maybe posting with like-minded people will give me a push.

  • and back up to 192 - not bad considering all the super bowl festivities last night. Made up for my team not winning by eating too much. All low carb all gluten free still to many calories!

  • Dietcokehead98 don't feel bad, I reached Onderland on 7/29/2015 and I'm still trying to get out of the 190's! I should be able to reach 189 this month yet. Good Luck, Everyone!

  • Hi, everyone! I hope that you're doing well! Smiling? Are you still around? This forum is a ghost town. Which is a good thing, I guess, if everyone's moved on to the next "decade"!

    I am currently 192.0, but am hoping to get down to 145, eventually. I'm just glad to be in the 190s, at present. There's so much reclaimed self worth that I have from being below the 200 pound line. I know that it's really just a number and that the difference between 199 and 200 is the difference between February 29th and March 1st... It's just that it feels like it matters.

    How is everyone doing in their work to get through the 190s and down to the 180s?
