  • Quote: Hi Desire. Great job getting back under 190!

I'm at 190.6 this morning but being patient since I had a 5.4 pound whoosh this past week. Funny how it's so much easier to be patient when the scale is moving down.

Gemini I hope you are feeling much better!
Thanks boopchick! You're doing fantastic. Definitely kicking 190s
Booty and getting where you are destined to get.

I'm going to find the other link. I finally dropped .7, which means my 189.2
is behaving like I'm not going to slip back, as long as my diet stays pretty good anyway.
  • I have been gaining weight steadily for the past 6 months. I don't know why! I hit 190s for the first time last month and now I really have to find a way to reverse this. I'm nearly vegan and I occasionally make use of intermittent fasting. I have started walking my neighborhood to get moving more. I've walked a 5K every morning for the past 3 days now.

I feel like I'm not sure what I'm doing and I want to be more surefooted as I dive into a weight-loss plan. I'm also keeping an eye on my calorie intake and making sure the calories I am eating are wholesome and nutritious. But ever since I've started I've only been craving snack foods more and more! I need someone to smack my hand away and I need to get out of the house more (or get the snacks out of the house).

Please comment with all your advice!
  • Aha. There IS a getting out of the 190s thread. I am here. Was 196.4 this morning. I know this post is a month old but,

Charlie - I am doing a plan that has no processed foods, no snack foods or sugar and flour and my husband agreed to not have any around me and it really helps to have support. Getting them out of sight makes it a whole lot easier.
  • hey.i am new here and i really don't know what forum to join but i think this is the right one for me.i have been doing some exercising and i am on keto diet sort of but i would like to try the insanity workout.anyone have tried it?
  • So, is anyone still working toward getting out of the 190s? I have been hovering between 190-193 for the past week and I want to see 189 so badly, but apparently not enough to make it happen. I hope there's someone here to sail on through with me.

  • VickiLou: You are doing great this time around. Fantastic job staying on track and continuing to head downward.

I moved into single digits today, so am eyeing this thread. I'll probably get here sometime in January, but from your progress, it looks like you'll have moved on by then. Maybe we can wave in passing. Keep it going.
