Thursday: Rest day (had a cold)
Friday: rest day (still have a cold)

This thread is just so extreme (I know I keep saying that but it just is).

Anyway, I got out of bed early today to run another 5k. I really hope I can go again tomorrow. It all depends on whether I think the legs can take it.

The heat index here this afternoon was in the dangerous range so I opted to ride my exercise bike indoors in the air conditioning! It should cool off some later in the week; I have to go out of town tomorrow after class, so it will be the bike when I get home.

M 06/03: 2.68 miles 31:12 nine 2-minute jog/1-minute walk intervals
T 06/04: 20 minutes on exercise bike ~ moderate pace
W 06/05: 1.85 miles 20:42 six 2-minute jog/1-minute walk intervals (5.35 mph)
Th 06/06: 20 minutes on exercise bike ~ moderate pace

M 06/10: 3.52 miles 39:38 twelve 2-minute jog/1-minute walk intervals
T 06/11: 1.79 miles 20:48 six 2-minute jog/1-minute walk intervals
W 06/12: 20 minutes on exercise bike ~ moderate pace
Th 06/13: got home too late for either jogging or the bike :(

Went on a 4 hour walk today, 25,800 steps. Boy am I ever tired! But I lost a pound in the process, probably all water (glycogen depleting a bit, which is usually good), but don't worry I was hydrating the whole time.
