Back to being crazy. Did 5k on the treadmill today with a much lighter guy on the one next to me looking at my machine and then me like I was a nutcase. He ran 2 miles at 5.7 mph then quit. I ran 3.2 miles at 6.1-6.3 mph. Granted, I was a sweaty mess. But pleeeaasse, no need to stare!

It's good to give those joints a rest on the bike Sluggerbean. It will help you go the distance tomorrow, or the day after. I hope your final skills checkoff will test your 5k. You'll kill it!

No running today for me. I am resting my legs for a 5k race I am doing tomorrow with a colleague who weighs 60lbs less than me. He is genuinely worried that I am not going to finish the race. But he cannot possibly beat a 5k a day guy/gal! I know his 5k time is about 30 minutes, so I am smelling victory.

I won the 5k race against my colleague! It was tough as he was really catching up on the last half mile, so I had to run faster than I have ever done before.
