Back to being crazy. Did 5k on the treadmill today with a much lighter guy on the one next to me looking at my machine and then me like I was a nutcase. He ran 2 miles at 5.7 mph then quit. I ran 3.2 miles at 6.1-6.3 mph. Granted, I was a sweaty mess. But pleeeaasse, no need to stare!

It was just too hot when I got home, so I did 20 minutes on my exercise bike. Long day tomorrow with final skills checkoffs so we'll see what I do.

It's good to give those joints a rest on the bike Sluggerbean. It will help you go the distance tomorrow, or the day after. I hope your final skills checkoff will test your 5k. You'll kill it!

Rest day again for me tomorrow.

Then I race someone on Friday for 5k. He will be kicked to the curb. You don't race a 5k a day person!

I won the 5k race against my colleague! It was tough as he was really catching up on the last half mile, so I had to run faster than I have ever done before.

Any my nipple bled all over my shirt as I forgot to put on my bodyglide.

This continues to be madness. Why are we doing this to ourselves?
