Did some walking even though it was rainy and windy so am proud of myself!

Yesterday 1h 20min walk 11,500 steps

Today 5k walk so far 9742 steps and later gonna walk to the 4:20 cannabis rally to people watch, 1hr round trip, (but not gonna smoke, those days are over, until legalization!)

I have been feeling really blue today & don't know why. I got myself out and did my walk-jog today and feel so much better. I think I am getting faster too!!

Today: 18k walk, 4h 10min, 28,500 steps, So tired!:dizzy:

I did pretty well with this in April, now to get May off to a great start!! I am going to start upping the jogging intervals portion to 90 second jogging-90 second walking after my 5 minute warm-up walking and about 5 minutes of walking cool-down.

sluggerbean: wow 13 minutes jogging? I can't even do 2 minutes ha ha! But I guess I do walk a lot.

After a very chilly start, the day has been beautiful!!! I had to go work on my son's apartment this morning, so I did my workout this afternoon at a time when I am usually sleepy.

05/02: 3.35 miles 40:55 walk-jog with 13 total minutes of jogging (seven 60 second intervals; four 90 second intervals)
05/03: 3.48 miles 40:56 walk-jog with eleven 90-second intervals for a total of 16 minutes of jogging

We have been lucky to have exceptionally good weather here this week so I plan to get outside a lot.

Friday - 3hr walking 21,000 steps
Saturday - 2hr walking 15,500 steps
