I hurt my knee a bit from going too fast on hills (downhill), but am REALLY EAGER to start walking again! My plan is 3 days off then start slowly on Wednesday. I CAN'T wait. Walking is my calming place. |
Sorry to hear that Kayin. My knee is a little sore too. I hope it gets better tomorrow and then I may try again. Else I will take a rest day.
I would like to say I like running but I find it very hard when I am doing it. I like the way I feel after it though and how it dramatically improves my fitness. |

With the temperatures over 100 here, it is just too hot to work-out outside. I have been riding my exercise bike indoors. When the temps moderate some, I will resume the outside exercising.
