Fantastic walk kayin.

I ran again today but in some new shoes. They feel better for my knees but running in new shoes is a bit weird. I did not feel as balanced. I hope I can wear them in.

Wow Ian, those new shoes (and your determination) must be great!

I hurt my knee a bit from going too fast on hills (downhill), but am REALLY EAGER to start walking again! My plan is 3 days off then start slowly on Wednesday. I CAN'T wait. Walking is my calming place.

Sorry to hear that Kayin. My knee is a little sore too. I hope it gets better tomorrow and then I may try again. Else I will take a rest day.

I would like to say I like running but I find it very hard when I am doing it. I like the way I feel after it though and how it dramatically improves my fitness.

With the temperatures over 100 here, it is just too hot to work-out outside. I have been riding my exercise bike indoors. When the temps moderate some, I will resume the outside exercising.

Since I had today off from both work and school, I was able to get in a great jog-walk!!
