Good job on the workouts mrsvis! I need to get back at it. Still hanging out at 287-288. *sigh* I've GOT to get back in this! I made a goal to be down to 268 by thanksgiving but that won't happen if I don't do this NOW!

Hey Imato! I actually just came across this thread since I've been stuck in the 280s for a while now. I finally just got down to 278 and I'm hoping I'll lose more by the end of this week. I can't believe how frustrating its been at this weight!!

This is where I belong! I weighed myself and I am 279.8! Ive been in 80s 90s for so long Im glad to be rid of them. Id love to be out of the 70s by thanksgiving! working hard! wish me luck!

Ive been fluctuating between 290 and 274 for the past few months b/c ive been on and off w/ motivation... back on the wagon! looking to leave the 270s behind by thanksgiving! ^_^

Way to go!! You can do it! But I do know what you mean about being on & off, I have been fluctuating with this darn 7 pounds, and have been more "off" my motivation than on lately... and man is my body letting me have it.

I haven't done any sort of exercise at all these past few weeks, I (or should I say my mother's evil cat) injured my knee coming down the stairs, and it's put me in a exercise slump. I'm sure I will get too accustomed to laziness once again if I can't get my butt motivated to at least walking... soon!

I hope you all do not mind me joining in here. I am in the 280s and looking forward to dropping into the 270s within the next couple of weeks. I have just recently refocused on weight loss, so I am still trying to work out a plan that will work for me this time around.

Sigh. Family came to visit over the weekend. We went to restaurants for every meal. I didn't pig out each time, but I definitely had some weak moments. And exercising was out of the window! Well - it was only one weekend, how much damage can there be? Back on plan and in the gym 2morrow morning!

Trying to brush it off and stay motivated! I want OUT of the 270s by thanksgiving!

Ive been fluctuating between the high 280s and low 270s for the past year! Im so close to 269 I can taste it. Then again, I've been off and on these past 2 weeks for my plan, but Im feeling rather light! Hopefully when I weigh in tomorrow I can kiss this forum goodbye!

270.8 this morning! Woohoo! The scale was so nice to me the day after Thanksgiving!

How are you all doing? How was your holiday?

Well, I suppose I'll join. I swore I'd never get to 280 but here it is, staring me in the face. I'm not actually sure what my weight is right now, I haven't done a morning weigh for quite a while but I just weighed myself after the day and after dinner and it was not attractive. I'll have a better idea tomorrow of what I'm working with. Needless to say I'll be on this particular thread for quite a while.

Hey! No worries, I've been fluctuating between 270-280 for the past year! It's frustrating. Weighed 270.2 this morning but I slacked off today so I'm sure I'll be in this thread a bit longer.

We can keep each other company! haha. Im not going to stress about it, tomorrow is a new day!
