I made it this week! 247.6 today!
Last week was a good one, but I still lost less than I have since I started. I guess this is when the "real" weight loss starts? The week before I did a similar eating plan and lost 4 lbs. This was my 5th week of losing weight.
When I get to 240, husband and I are going skeet shooting and I'd LOVE to be 235 for a cruise next month with my family. We are leaving on March 16th, so it's little less than 7 weeks away. If I can lose 2 lbs a week, I can do it
