Woo hoo, the scale moved! Down to 197.8 now. I need to remind myself that my original mini-goal was to be under 200 by my birthday in October, so I'm ahead of myself here...
I was *almost* out of the 190s a couple months ago, then I got sick and shot right back up over 200. I'm hovering around 198-199 right now and TOM is looming, but I'm hoping to see the back of the 190s for the LAST time before too long.
Just giving this thread a little bump. I'm down to 196 on the eve of TOM, which I hope is on time so I can get it over with and get on with getting out of the 190s! I hope everyone else is doing well.

Good luck, Caroline! It's TOM here too and I'm holding at 194- keeping my fingers crossed that within a week you and I both can kiss this thread goodbye!
weight loss definitely been slowing down this month.. im glad im not letting it discourage me.. in the past id just binge and give up whenever it stalled.
I'm joining this thread today for extra motivation. I never thought I'd make it to under 200 and now I'm starting to tell myself that I'll never get out of the 190s. I can't get into that mindset!

I think it's an evil conspiracy among our scales. Mine didn't move for more than 10 days despite me being 100% on-plan and exercising. Finally started moving again this week, and now I am right on the threshold of skipping into the 180's! I had originally hoped to be under 200 when I moved on 10/12- it is looking like I might be in the high to mid 180's on moving day now!
