So many chicks on this thread I don't know yet, I really need to post more. 196 yesterday and did arms & back, so up to 197 today. Did legs & abs today so might be hanging around for a bit. Nice to have a few lbs of a buffer now though
the shivI am going to start lifting weights more heavily since the last day of my juice fast is today and got my gym membership Saturday....
my weight lose is probably going to stall and might go up a little but I don't mind since I really want to tone my body .
I'm bummed this morning. Got on the scale and was 199.6. I managed to gain 3 lbs over the weekend! I took a "free" meal on Saturday night and enjoyed both dessert and a fair amount of wine. But I've been at my calorie goal every other day this week and have worked out every day (including Saturday). I'm sure it's water weight, as there's no way I've consumed that calories to gain 3 lbs, but it's so frustrating. I don't want to be losing the same weight I've already lost once! I want to lose "new" weight.
I guess the free day concept isn't going to work for me anymore.

Well... The past few days have gone: 196, 197, 198, now 200!!! I haven't been eating more, I've done some strength training... I have heard of the elusive "whoosh" so seriously hope I'm approaching that. I've never seen rapid gains like this, so it's freaking me out a bit. Will stick with it, and hopefully return soon with better news!
Bree, enjoy that gym membership! Great idea to get yourself set up for maintenance by keeping your muscles strong now

Today is a very special day because today I am exactly 2/3 of the way through my weight loss. When I started, I set my goal at 175, partly because I think I didn't want to admit to myself that I really had to lose 100 lbs to get healthy. I've since lowered my goal to 165 and today I am 66 lbs down with 33 to go!
I also donated 9 bags of clothes today from Goodwill. My mom said it was starting to look like the show Hoarders in my closet so I knew it had to go!
I'm loving the 190's! (but not too much... already ready for the 180's haha!)

At the opposite end of the spectrum, I am getting seriously p****d off!! 201 today!! I was 196 a few days ago... Apparently I cannot pass the 14 stone marker. Grrrr
That's awesome, Underwater!! Getting rid of all the "fat clothes" is such an amazing feeling.
I weighed in at 199.2 this morning. At least the scale is moving in the right direction, but I'm still somewhat baffled as to why I'm up 3 lbs from last week's low. Maybe it's all the exercise I've been getting? I don't know. I just hope I get a nice whoosh soon.
