Oh man... Alli, I hope you feel better
It's cr*p, in theory you know it HAS to work long term, but it's hard to keep going when success feels hard to come by. I'm only just coming out of that myself, after nearly 2 months. It sucks. It sounds like you needed the break today, sometimes that's the best thing. It's the balance between pushing yourself, and doing what "feels right" that I find hardest.
Speaking of, NorthernChick, I just did day 3
I really think I worked harder at it because I didn't do it yesterday. I think whenever I seriously need a rest day, I'll take it. Probably for mental reasons. And just substitute in some strength moves if it's too late at night for jumping-around cardio. With WARM UPS next time :-/ Oh, and my busted up arm felt much better after I'd done stretches/cardio, it felt supple again. So glad I didn't sit it out today and use that as an excuse
Oh, and can we make a deal? When you get down to the 180s thread, I have to come there and visit you with my workout check-ins? Just something about posting in the 180s thread feels like what I want to be doing, when you take off without me, lol!
