Ah well, back to the good old home scale... 197.

Definitely going with THAT. I have wanted to change my profile pic for soooo long!! Now it says 15lbs. I like that, it means "nearly 20" lol

Well, I'm doing new progress pics at 196. Hopefully I'll be able to see a difference.

Hope everyone is having a good Wednesday

Was down to 196.8 this morning, which means I've *officially* lost 80.2 lbs. Woohoo!

Wow! Congrats!

I did my C25K Week 6 Day 2 run this morning. I wasn't feeling it at all. I had zero energy...it was pretty pathetic. I hope that I can get it together for Friday's run.

I was stuck in the 190s for months! It was beyond frustrating. Then, one day, with some persistence on my part, I got out! (Just barely, at 188 now), but it feels really good to reach that mini goal. Keep up the good work and you WILL see yourself in the 180s.

Thanks! With the exception of today, how are you liking C25K? I'm only on Week 2 right now.

Way to go Allie!! Great job!!!!!!

I am at 198.4 today - that mean's it's real! I really got below 200! Why does it feel so hard to believe???

I tell you though busting that 200 did wonders for refilling my motivation tank! I am so jazzed up now to keep going and bust 195. Hope that will be by the end of next week.

How is everyone doing today?

Good morning, everyone! How's it going?

I weighed in at 196.2 this morning. Woohoo! I love that every fraction of a pound is just building up that buffer... Can't wait until we can all switch over to the 180s thread (I'm assuming there is one).

I've been in a rut this week. I've been pretty stressed out and I seem to have hit a diet plateau. This week's C25K was pretty rough for me because of that. Tomorrow is my 22 minute run so we'll see how that goes. I'm going to try to summon some enthusiasm and get it done.

Bree, you're almost out of the 190s!!! WOW! Keep it up and pave the way for the rest of us.

ChickieBoom, I can't even imagine running for 22 minutes yet! Good for you for sticking with it despite the stress and frustration of a plateau. Have you signed up for any 5Ks yet?

Bree! Look at you go! Very Impressive!

Peggy Congratulations!!!!! Such great success! Keep it going lady and enjoy the new thread while you are there. I have a feeling you will all have
moved on before I get there, but I will keep chasing you all!

Weighed in at 198.2 today. Slow moving scale this week. I have to look at what I am doing or not doing to see what is happening - or more specifically why the weight loss isnt' happening.

Congratulations, Peggy! Hope to join you there in another week or so!

I weighed in at 196.6 today. That's .4 lbs in the wrong direction (boo). I guess I'm not terribly concerned, though. I actually came in well under my 1200 calories after exercise yesterday, but I had a pretty substantial, salty dinner. My guess is that the scale is reflecting water weight this morning.
