You ever have that super-light feeling when your weight is dropping and know you're going to have a drop the next day...well I'm not feeling it tonight...LOL...I think it's my schedule.
I did a 1hr-of-sleep-over-last-24h and post-breakfast weigh in that was 217.4, had lunch, slept for about 5h and still weighed 217.4. We'll see what the morning brings. Oh...weighed in just because I was curious...

OK. I had trouble figuring out how to atch pics in post or signature, so my new profile pic (not the avatar) is my official before photo - I took this in the last 1 month or so I think -- somewhere when I was in the 220's -- I'm only 5ft even so that's a lot of weight ... I'm going to try monthly photos on my official WI date which is the 15th of each month - visit my profile page

I forgot to move my ticker when I made it to 215.2...now I have to wait for another drop...I DO NOT move the ticker in the other direction
Hmm, well the okra didn't set well last night. I ate too much of it and too late. I kept waking myself up rolling from side to side. Then I finally woke up 30 minutes before the alarm clock with my stomach gurgling and feeling queasy. TMI ALERT: I didn't use the bathroom yesterday (BM). I have already gone this morning. That is early for me. Hopefully my stomach will settle a little. I think the next time I won't worry about not having enough calories for the day. I can make up for it the next day. I don't like that queasy feeling.

Vixsin & Rennie DH and I had discussed that when something happens to Magnum that we were not going to get another pet. Well, DH really misses not having a dog and wants to get another one. I don't know when it will be, though. I am going to let him take care of that and make the choice. I love all dogs. I want to make sure he is happy with it.
Diana - sorry for your tummy troubles. Last night when I read about you eating because you hadn't had enough calories, I thought to myself, "I usually consider that a GOOD day when I get to bedtime and am a little short on calories!" LOL I don't count as strictly as you do. I just try to stay within a range I know is good and eat a combination of foods that I know are healthy. I know I'm short and over from day to day.
Today is WI for me - down from 176.0 last Wednesday to 172.8 this week, so I'm happy for the little whoosh after staying at 176 for 2 weeks. I'm claiming 173 and changing my ticker! (Can't figure out how to get it to take the fractions, so I always round up.)
I must have jinxed myself yesterday, because I think I'm now retaining water or something. Up 1.5 this morning to 201.9 (which is the highest number I saw, lowest was 201.5). My legs felt kinda heavy this morning too. As long as this is not the beginning of another upward trend, I'll deal with it. What else can I do?

Lin Great job! The 3FC's tickers don't have the fractions. If you want to show them, the ones at tickerfactory.com will do that. We ate at a different place last night. It was more expensive, so I ordered the half order of salmon. I could have eaten the bread that came with the food, but I didn't. They serve a garlic/cheddar seasoned bread. I know for a fact that it has MSG. I would rather avoid that because I know I will react one way or another.
Here's my issue when it comes to getting extra calories. It's easier to get them in the form of carbs/sugar. But, I don't want to do that because they tend to make me have cravings. Tonight I will be eating rice at the Japanese restaurant. I won't have any problems with calories tonight.

interesting -- I did a sneak peak yesterday on 2 separate occasions and the scale said 217.4? -- I will patiently wait...still trying to make goal of 214 or close to it by 8/15. That would give me a 8lb wt loss for the last month, right now I am at 5lb -- which I am happy with, as my goal is 4-8lb a month.
Down .8 of the water to 188.6. Reasonable sleep last night. My muscles are sore today from dancing 2 nights in a row but I don't mind. I'm flushing with liquids. LOL
More work on the kitchen today. Need to get the kitchen table cleaned off, get the walls wiped and get a few pictures hung up. They won't be in frames like I would have liked but I feel it's just time to get them on the wall! LOL Maxwell's chores will be both bathrooms and wiping down the appliances in the kitchen today. I am SO excited to see how nice things look when we are finished.
I know cleaning is exercise but I am really wanting to try Bob Harper's strength DVD tonight. Maybe Pilates? Pilates would be the smarter choice after 2 nights of dancing. Anywho, I'm on plan and I'm focused.
Im back in full effect! I have been under the weather and not feeling good and before that was on vacation and had a ball! Its time to get back rolling so I want August to be a good month. Good luck everyone I would love to get down to 225 I have been gaining weight.
