Phew, still on scedule, but that steady maintaining for 5 days sure wasn't cool. Thanks for the cheering, I really appreciate it!

Jamiue, that sucks having to miss your family for three weeks! On the other hand, you can really focus on yourself, figure out what you want, for just you.. Might be nice

Rainbowgirl, nice loss! Jealous.

k0nfyo0zed, congrats on the new low! Must be exciting.

Gigi, I used to weigh in weekly, but I'm just too freaking impatient for that. So now I weigh daily, and I like it better. I can really find out what my body(weight) reacts to. But it's just what's best for you I guess.

starbrite, hehe, that's how I feel too most of the time. I'm losing, so I WILL reach goal. I'll just be 50 when I get there. Nah, it's all good, good job on the .2!

Hope everyone is having a good week!

Good Morning, Everyone! I need the coffee IV this morning! I went to bed too late last night because I was trying to get caught up with some stuff. I got up earlier than normal because I have to take my Mom to have a medical procedure done. I only got 5 hours of sleep

I hope you have a fantastic on plan day!

Calories for yesterday: 1440

Weigh In: 146

Up: .4

I'm up 1.4 to 173.4. I knew I would be up since yesterday was such a late weigh in. I would have liked to not be up quite so much, but that's still less than the day before, so not complaining.

Mandy - Congrats on the whoosh, I hope you get to keep it today. I hope Curtis's b-day celebrations went well.

Diana - Eek! I hate lack of sleep. I hope all goes well with your mom.

Happy Tuesday everyone! I'm off to clean things.

Whooooooooshhhhhhhh! Down 3lbs overnight, wowzers. Goodbye sodium weight and then some. 201.1 this morning and I am supremely relieved. Now just to stay on track today. I was over at my mom's on the weekend and found she finally found a pilates dvd I had. I love this thing, it's got five 10 minute pilates workouts and it allows you to create any combination in any order. It's actually a pretty intense strength workout if you do all 50 minutes, so that's what I've got in store for this evening.

Diana hope all goes well with your mom. Hope you get a burst of energy for the java!

Roxy did I read somewhere that you're going on a Mexican cruise? How exciting, when do you leave?

JamiSue the chugging worked!

Angie I used to love bike riding as a kid, but totally lost interest in it as a I grew older. Good for you for keeping with it!

Mandy congrats on your new low. Can't wait to see what today brings you Every picture you've posted is just absolutely beautiful!

Gigi I weigh every day, but all of those reasons you've heard/posted are true, I think it all just comes down to what are you comfortable with. Daily weighing isn't necessarily for everyone. Do what works best for you.

Aimee I totally get the rant! I went nutso with a 2.8 lb gain! Water was my friend

Ona hey girl - i missed you! You tell that scale how it is and do what you have to do, it'll come right back off!

Coon how was the new jogger stroller? Btw, I love the new series of pictures in your avatar lately!

Vix I literally laughed out loud when I read you wanted the vandals to come back with a little maniacal laugh, sounds like something I would say/do! Hope you catch 'em and then show 'em who's boss!!

Rennie just wanted to say hi

to everyone else, sorry I have to get cracking with work, catch up soon!!

It's working! I'm down 1.2 this morning..yay! The truth is although I'm eating higher calories, with my exercise I'm still netting out to my target range. Anyway, it's working and that's a good thing. I'm working from home today and got a quick 1.5km walk in after I dropped DS off at school. Maybe I'll try the bike ride at lunch!

Diana -- Good job with the .4 on so little sleep! I hope the appt for your mom goes well.

Roxy - Happy cleaning today...just think of all the calories you're burning

Kukkie -- Amazing whoosh! Post the name of the pilates DVD if you don't mind...I used to love pilates and would like ot find a good DVD for home. Oh, and I haven't ridden a bike for about 10 years, and the time before that was 10 years earlier...lol.

Good Morning everyone

Down.4 to 188.0.Jogged much easier this Morning and did an hour of Zumba last night it was a lot of fun

Roxy,good luck w/the inspection

Diana,I pray everything will go smoothly for Mother.Sorry, those were the first words that came to my mind thanks i do feel better today.:I made a Black bean cake/ lite cool whip on top at Mothers Saturday should have left it there had to throw most of it away yesterday, just too good

ilbnej, you're having a great month so far

Bloesem,great job on the .4

Looking good Blondie

Star, you're doing great! you're doing down and will get there.I've put getting to goal out of my mind cause it's too stressful. As long as we eat right and move then it will happen.

Gigi, try them all and see what works best for you.Personally i like weighing everyday cause i can tell how something i ate yesterday effects me today.Plus being able to review back and see patterns is helpful.

Mandy, congrats on the 2.2 yesterday! nice meal

Rennie,I've done that several times w/the hairdressers that I've had..saw how good the other stylist was and wanted her I then tried to go to the other stylist when mine was off for that day but that didn't work and had to fine another salon.

Angie,lovely pictures,you look very nice

170.8, another .8 bites the dust!
The jogger stroller . . . . L O V E it!! Jack really seems to like it, I don't know how long it'll last if he keep sgrowing though. Funny thing about it, I started to jog a little bit just to see how it handles, and the rest of our walk/jog I kept hearing "RUN RUN GO GO GO"
That kid is too cute sometimes, what better motivation is there than that?

Kukkie - throw DOWN with those pounds! Way to go!! I love my new pic, it was on our park trip saturday. Such an independant little guy didn't want mom's help coming down the hill

Angie - A great WI for you!! Lunch time ride sounds pretty nice - Enjoy!!

FitGirly - I wouldnt give the bounce a second thought, you're so active as it is and doing so well, it'll have no choice but to leave And Im jealou sof a Mexico cruise, sounds amazing!!

Diana - Hope your mom is ok and you can sneak in a little power nap sometime in the day.

Star - down is down . . . slow and steady wins the race, I have to keep reminding myself of that lately

Ill BBL for everyone I've missed . . . have a great tuesday everyone!!

EDIT:

Ona - look at you with your hour of zumba and a jog, rock it out!! You're getting so close to your goal, so exciting!!

Good Morning All!!

The scale greeted me with whooshing away 1.8 to a new low of 188.2. Thank you, scale.

Had a great run last night. My wonderful friend Pedro came to visit for a while too. Went to bed FAR too late and only got almost 6 hours of sleep. I feel a bit achy and sore today. Thinking about taking an incline walk on the tread this evening.

Much, much work to do so I will, as always, try and check back at lunch time. I'm hoping for a perfectly on plan day for you all!!
