Hi Friends! I'm enjoying my stay-cation. Today, I shopped for new workout shoes for Zumba. I ended up just ordering online from Zappos. My eating has not been stellar, but I've been on-plan today.

Hope everyone has had a great on-plan day.

Okay, for the sake of being accountable...I'm going to share my results for today. Lunch went well, I estimated it at around 500-600 calories. Dinner, my plan was to have a little of the things I wanted (Chinese buffet), but to fill up my plate with lots of veggies and protein. I did that, but my calories still come out to around 2300 for the day, minus my exercise (hopped on the treadmill for 30 min as soon as we got home!) of 300 calories, so it was still a 2000 calorie day. I think my sodium was not as bad as it could have been, I came in at 3100, which is not bad for 2 restaurant meals and one of them Chinese. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow...I'm afraid!

Reptogirl -- I'm going to be thrilled to see you go under 300 into TWO-topia. I know you can get there soon, keep working your plan and checking in here.

Diana -- Thanks for the encouragement...I would give myself a B- on this one. I did have a talk with myself in the car before I went in...lol I did have only a teensy bit of stuff, but it was a lot of stuff...way more than i needed. If only I didn't have the piece of prime rib, I would have been okay, that really tipped the (calorie) scale.

Rhonda -- I love your new avatar pic! You look great straight on camera, and I love your hair! I think you look younger in this pic than in your last one. Glad you are enjoying your stay-cation!

Angie: Yes PM your info!! We can be friends on nike +

Gale: Youre doing so wonderful..I am totally proud of you. I remember when we were stuck at 242...Get it girl!!!

Tonight the Hubby and I went walking at 11:30pm. I am so dedicated. First I walked/jogged in the RAIN on monday, yesterday i went at 10:30pm, and tonight at 11:30pm. Its killing my sleep, but I dont seem to be as angry with people at work and at the theatre. LOL.

I am excited about getting back OP 100%, but taking it one small step at time. First with exercise because I notice the gains when I am not moving 24/7. I feel like I have something to look forward too. I am dedicating my summer to my health..everything is else can wait.

starbrite - Woohooo!!! congrats

Just a quickie from me, don't know what's going on but I haven't had any computer time in the last 2 days! And I've been off work! I was down 1.1 on Tuesday and 2.0 on Wednesday, just 3.9 pounds to get me to where I was before I started working out and counting calories! I am still on plan though!

I hope to BBL for personals

-Aimee

Congrats Starbrite on meeting goal

I weighed in this am at 217.2- exactly 75lbs down from my highest weight of 292.2. I've still got a chunk to lose, but it sure feels good to be so close to onederland when I was previously so close to 300.

I have another charity walk on Sunday: 7 miles for Children's Hospital in Boston. One of my boys is doing it with me; he and another son of mine are patients at Children's, so it's a meaningful walk for both of us. The walking has helped firm up my stomach muscles, but I've still got wiggly-jigglies on the back of my thighs. Any ideas for exercises that are good for that area? What about in-line skating?

I'm up .6 today...not bad for Chinese buffet! I'll take it.

Court -- I PM'd you my name for nike+ Great job on getting your exercise in no matter what!

Blondie -- I'm not sure what kind of plan you are following, but you could try upping your fat or fiber...some small adjustments within your calorie range. I definitely think exercise could help get things moving.

Starbrite -- CONGRATULATIONS!!
You've come so far, and I know the last few months have been tough for you. Great job superwoman!

Aimee -- Nice losses in the last couple of days!
