Went to bed early last night . . . to wake up to a fire alorms at 2 am . . false mind you, but the darn bells wouldn't shut off for a good 15 minutes. Oddly enough, Jack didn't even flinch. So, another rough night producing less than great results on the scale . . . but staying the same, I'm all for it in this case.
Aimee - Im def going to have to take a que from you and get myself 30DS I think. i love me some Bob in the mornings, but dare I say I need to change things up a bit . . . I saw a clip and it looks like something that would at least amuse Jack with the jumping and pushups too. Rock it out with your loss girl!!
Angie - I wish I we could traed off some weather, I saw my breath AGAIN this morning, I don't like that at all. I don't want the possibility of frost on my birthday darn it.

Im either way too perky or had more coffee than I thought ha ha
I'm not even going to mention the number I saw on the scale this morning. I snacked on salty stuff WAY too late yesterday and went over my calories by several hundred. Not enough to produce the number on the scale this morning, but the sodium and very late eating coupled with a pretty bad night's sleep was enough to do it.
Right back on plan today - and back down the scale tomorrow.

the journey ahead of me is very similar to yours (i'm trying to go from 300 to 165ish), and i only caught the tail end of your efforts but you definitely inspire me to keep going by knowing it's possible.

Angie, Gale and Diana - thanks so much for your lovely comments on my avatar!This is one of my favorite pictures of me because you can't really see my wrinkles and dark circles. LOL! This one is a picture from about two years ago. I can remember hating the length of my hair and deciding that I didn't look good with longer hair and that I needed a shorter haircut that was more age appropriate. Now, looking back, I've decided that I like it! LOL.
Yesterday was my first day back on-plan since last week. Today, I have a crazy headache. I bet it's sugar detox.
