1: 251.6 (damnit! 0.6 gained? Went for a 6 km hike yesterday burning 2731 calories and only ate 1400-1500 calories that day. I'm hoping it's just retention caused by dehydration b/c I didn't pack enough water, and because TOM is approaching. We'll see what it is tomorrow. I think I should step it up with the exercise now that I'm heading into my 3rd week.)
2: 252.2 - what the heck?! I really, really, hope this is just because maybe TOM is approaching (Im so irregular, I never really know until it arrives) - but I followed my plan yesterday, deviating only to get a McDonald's cone (150 calories) and I budgeted it for that, too. Not 100% sure why I've gained a pound and a bit back. Very annoying!
3: 252.6 TOM still not here, still getting intermittent symptoms that it's approaching but not here yet. Frustrated, but I know I haven't gone over my calorie budget so I cannot be gaining weight through that (I'm not eating high fat foods or low-nutritional value foods). Just have to persevere and wait.

just a quick check in before i have to go to work... no change on the scale today. still 275.8. after a totally on plan day with food, and exercise too. my phone app says i'm supposedly ovulating today, but i don't think you ovulate when you're on birth control pills? hoping for a serious woosh sometime soon!
You don't ovulate when you're on the pill, but there's still some hormonal things that happen around that time. You just don't release any eggs.
Thanks for the encouragement, everyone! I am confident that if I stick to my plan the scale will cooperate. So, in the face of my inexplicable gain this morning I played an hour of racquetball at the gym. Take that, silly scale!
@ JamiSue - Yep, Mondays are my big exercise day. I did an hour of cardio and a half hour of weights at the gym in the morning and then played 2 hours of volleyball in the evening. I've been playing volleyball for years, through my high and low weights; I even played 7 months pregnant with my first I just love it!
Jamisue - Yep, I eat out often for work, and I try to make good choices, but still, restaurant food is always more full of sodium, and it's sometimes hard to get accurate calorie counts. The exercise is a little insurance for me, if I was off on the calories, or if the sodium is high, I like to give myself a little wiggle room.

i figured it had to be something, because i tend to gain around ovulation, and i was wondering if those 'hormonal things' that still occur when it's *supposed* to happen could be contributing to my scale not moving...

Exercise today 1.66 miles walk at the track. Our speed went from 3.3 to 2.5 average at the end calories burned 127. I would have loved to do the other 1.5 miles but we went too late. Ladies I now know I can do it, I just need to be outside is all. Gonna try to go earlier on Thursday. I have Bible Study tomorrow so the treadmill will be it.

I haven't mentioned this recently. I am still having issues with and try to figure out my food allergy. It has gotten better. I think I may be allergic to a couple things. Maybe a food family. Anyways, that's what I am dealing with right now. I think it's responsible for my gain the last couple of days. It will pass though.
I'm up 0.2 to 177.0 no complaints though my scale is tricking me. Angie you know how we said the scale is 3-4lbs down by morning?? Well the last 2 days have been only 1.6 to 2lbs lower. It has never been like that before. hummmmm

Been really busy but very happy to see that i can Maintaining my weight without exercising (WI at 190.6 today).I know I've said that before but this is the first time, in a year and 1/2, I've gone this long without doing anything.It's been 3 days since I've exercised and i haven't freaked out or been antsy about it either eating on the fly and so thrilled at how my new life is going.
Oh and i worked so hard to get into this beautiful red satin/lace dress for the party and now my sister has changed the color theme of the party to pink and white.. just evil Everyone will be in pink and white and i don't want to look different So today I'm going to go and find the most prettiest dress i can plus a ton of other stuff

Man - I really hold onto weight right before my period and then really REALLY drop it after - dropped 2lbs overnight and finally down to 181, which marks a loss of 40% of my body weight. Just 6lbs away from my goal!!!
