Down 0.4 to 200.1 - loads of water to flush out the previous nights' drinks. But then I also did some Zumba, yoga, and weight lifting, so I now suspect I'm retaining some of that water for muscle repair. Be back shortly for personals.

I need to drink more water. I've only had about 20oz/day for over a week now. Yikes! No wonder I'm retaining what with the new exercise routine and all; I can hardly get my rings off today!

thaisccs Congratulations on the whoosh!

fitkristi You're so close to goal, WTG! You have come so far this year, I can't wait to see where you decide to settle in.

Rhonda Good luck coming off of Medifast, I know you can do it successfully! Transitions are tough, but I think if you stick with it you'll see success with whatever plan you choose.

@Diana3271
Yay you keep getting below youe goal weight !!! Have a good day!

@fitkristi
I can understand being bummed about not hitting your year mark but dont be! Your at almost the same start weight as me and I figured even losing 10lbs a month it will take over a year to get to it you did an awesome job with all the weight you lost!!

@GirlyGirlSebas
Scales are a very tricky device!

@Kukkie84
Congrats on the .4

At 261.8 today and going with my friend for Chinese since we couldnt do it yesterday not long after chinese were going to school and I will need to drink a lot of water so im gonna try to pack 3-4 water bottles!

Today I am down .8 to 177.6. I'm probably about halfway finished with the spring cleaning. With the constant rain, I can't get any yard work done and the dog is always wet when he comes in and leaves paw prints everywhere so I can't keep the floors clean, grrrr! I'm going to the gym this morning, I didn't go all last week. After that I'm spending a few hours helping with donation stuff for tornado victims on base and then more cleaning.

Bulletproof - Congrats on the clothing. Sounds like a good b-day treat for yourself and new sizes are always awesome.

Aimee - It's stress, TOM, and sodium all combined. I'm not worried, it's going away. We've been here since August '08 and never seen it this bad. The locals say it's not usually like this either. The entire continent is having strange weather this year. We also have lots of evacuation in this area for flooding and our area is under a constant flood watch right now. Enjoy the training week!

Diana - Your blender and my micro should be buddies. I've had it since 2001, not 23 years yet, but it's still goin strong and that's after spending a few years in England where the power difference should have shortened its lifespan. LOL

JamiSue - on the half marathon!

Angie - A quilt from old jeans sounds adorable. I have wanted to learn to quilt, but so far have not found the time. A nightmare, lol, he's too cute.

Mandy - Energy drinks, LOL, I love that one!

Rhonda - A change like could make your loss slow down or stall, but it will go back to normal. I think the planning ahead that you are doing now will probably help. Good luck! That's awesome that you want to donate to tornado victims. I was not personally hit (yet ) but I live in the area of Arkansas that was hit hardest (the base hubby is stationed on was hit) and I have friends and family in Alabama, so I know people who were hit.

repto hope today is better for you

Mandy what neat gifts ... it's always good to get unexpected things that you can use and gift cards are always a plus

Rainbow .6 isn't bad at all. that it's just water and goes away

Hi blinkworks ... When I weigh at night I'm 3-4lbs lighter in the a.m.

ophelia I feel the same way about the 8 that you do about the 3. I think that number likes me. I saw a 6 in September of last year so I know it exist but it keeps hiding Gotta find some humor in this We'll see new numbers this month

Hi Chantelle

Hi Diana, do let us know if you find your blender though. Have a great week

Hi thaisccs good job on the 2.5lbs gone

Hi Kristi ... You have to CELEBRATE the 119lb VICTORY ... That is wonderful

ladynredd hopefully it's just water and will be gone soon

Hi Xaria good job on the .2 down

Rhonda that's what I wanted to do was SB and calorie count but I think in my mind and with my limited discipline I do better with just counting. Best of luck to you in your transition LOL I think all young people and older (like me would think it's a nightmare to be without the internet) we are so spoiled, hehehe. Hope all goes well at the dentist and you feel up to Zumba.

Hi authentic

Kukkie good job on the .4 down

Hi Kiyoshima

Gale good job on the 1.6lbs gone

Hi Bullet

Roxy good job on the .8 down

eclipse on 130lbs GONE! What a great way to start the month

Coondocks and Ona where are you?

Hello to everyone I missed

My update ...

First thank you ALL for putting up with my whining yesterday
I must had kicked/pinched a nerve or something that helped. My weigh in today was 177.6. I am down 3.8lbs. I did my usual on off the scale and the number did not change. And I weighed in only 5 minutes earlier than yesterday. So I'm feeling revived and happy today ... thank goodness . Hope this keeps up

I hope you ALL has a Positively On Point day

April 30: 251.0

1: 251.6 (damnit! 0.6 gained? Went for a 6 km hike yesterday burning 2731 calories and only ate 1400-1500 calories that day. I'm hoping it's just retention caused by dehydration b/c I didn't pack enough water, and because TOM is approaching. We'll see what it is tomorrow. I think I should step it up with the exercise now that I'm heading into my 3rd week.)
2: 252.2 - what the heck?! I really, really, hope this is just because maybe TOM is approaching (Im so irregular, I never really know until it arrives) - but I followed my plan yesterday, deviating only to get a McDonald's cone (150 calories) and I budgeted it for that, too. Not 100% sure why I've gained a pound and a bit back. Very annoying!

255 this morning. It's been about 4 weeks since I got serious, and I'm down 10lbs. I'll take it!

Rainbow girl - I'm very irregular with periods too, and ALWAYS gain a pound or two around my TOM and hold onto it until after its done. Just keep on plan and you'll be fine!
