Today I am down .8 to 177.6. I'm probably about halfway finished with the spring cleaning. With the constant rain, I can't get any yard work done and the dog is always wet when he comes in and leaves paw prints everywhere so I can't keep the floors clean, grrrr! I'm going to the gym this morning, I didn't go all last week. After that I'm spending a few hours helping with donation stuff for tornado victims on base and then more cleaning.
Bulletproof - Congrats on the clothing. Sounds like a good b-day treat for yourself and new sizes are always awesome.
Aimee - It's stress, TOM, and sodium all combined. I'm not worried, it's going away. We've been here since August '08 and never seen it this bad. The locals say it's not usually like this either. The entire continent is having strange weather this year. We also have lots of evacuation in this area for flooding and our area is under a constant flood watch right now. Enjoy the training week!
Diana - Your blender and my micro should be buddies. I've had it since 2001, not 23 years yet, but it's still goin strong and that's after spending a few years in England where the power difference should have shortened its lifespan. LOL
JamiSue -

on the half marathon!
Angie - A quilt from old jeans sounds adorable. I have wanted to learn to quilt, but so far have not found the time. A nightmare, lol, he's too cute.
Mandy - Energy drinks, LOL, I love that one!
Rhonda - A change like could make your loss slow down or stall, but it will go back to normal. I think the planning ahead that you are doing now will probably help. Good luck! That's awesome that you want to donate to tornado victims. I was not personally hit (yet

) but I live in the area of Arkansas that was hit hardest (the base hubby is stationed on was hit) and I have friends and family in Alabama, so I know people who were hit.
