Today is a day of celebration for me. I went to the Endo this morning. My thyroid labs were good. I am still on the correct dosage of Synthroid. My BMI and weight are in a healthy range. The Dr. said for me to work on maintenance.

Angie I went to the Allergist and everything I was originally suspicious of was negative. I am not allergic to fish or seafood. I was/am thrilled about that. We live on the coast and I eat a lot of seafood/fish. I recently eliminated broccoli, spinach, asprin, & ibuprofen. I had a reaction this week, but it's not as bad as it was even a month ago. I ate at Jason's Deli. They put alfalfa sprouts on the wrap that I like. I am kinda suspicious of the sprouts. I seem to have a reaction every Monday. I eat at Jason's every Sunday. It could be a coincidence, though. Alfalfa sprouts, asprin, etc are high in salicylates. The problem is that my reaction is not immediate, so it's hard to tell exactly what it is.

Coondocks -- Getting rid of all that stress has got to be making a positive impact on you. I've had a few situations like that and when I finally ended up removing the negative person, it was AMAZING how great I felt...almost instantly!

Mandy -- Good luck with WW. It's a great program, I just got tired of having to convert everything to points. For calorie counting I use http://caloriecount.about.com/. And the magic words....YES, the have an app! I can't do anything without an app these day! LOL

Bulletproof -- Yay on still seeing those decreasing numbers. Sometimes we just need a break from the status quo and I'm happy you're still able to meet your goals!

Angie -- YEA BABY! You are SO FREAKING close to ONEderland!!!

Diana -- Wow...The Dr. told you go on maintenance? That is simply FANTASTIC! All your hard work just paid off bigtime! I can't even imagine my doctor being satisfied with my health. What a dream come true!Must be a great feeling. Here's hoping that you get the allergy stuff figured out sooner rather than later...I can't imagine what havoc that must be playing on your system.

Diana - Well look at you!! Congrats in a MAJOR way!!

Angie - With a whoosh like that, you may very well see ONEderland for your trip, either way you've done so fantastic I hope you have a great, great time!!

Jamie - It almost was instant, the minute I admitted that ya know what, he is drama, he created this situation, its my fault for not standing my ground sooner but now that I have, WOW. Part of me is always going to love him, but I've at least reconized that the man I knew is no longer there. So, this is MY time to be the happy go lucky person I normally am and that's what is going to benefit me and Jack in the long run

Ona - Red can be pink and white, it sort of fits ha ha. Sounds like the dress was beautiful, I hope you still get to wear it and I knwo we'd all love to see pics

I was up another 2.8 to 181.4 this morning . It's TOM plus sodium from TOM munchies. I am feeling better today though and I even went to the gym. We have our zumba/power hour teacher back now. Yay! TOM is still hanging around, but at least he's no longer immobilizing me. If all goes well and we do get these 4 kiddos I am going to go to the doc to see if I can't get something done to stop this mess.

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone.

Vixsin - Congrats on being overweight! I hope you enjoy the treadmill.

Coondocks - Congrats on having a little more free time in the morning. Just enjoy what you CAN get right now, soon he'll be too embarrassed to say he loves you in public, lol.

Angie - Exercise helps my cramps as long as the cramps are the normal kinda mild ones. The weight loss is starting to regulate my cycle, but it is also giving me 1-2 days each month when the cramps are so bad I barely make it out of bed. We are experimenting with pain meds to try to find one that will at least let me function even if I can't exercise. Wow what a whoosh! Congrats!

Mandy - Yes, the time when you are supposed to ovulate can still cause a little stall for some women who are on the pill. Happens to a friend of mine every single month. She will jump up almost exactly half a pound and stall at ovulation time then have a little whoosh about 3 days later. Congrats on the new low!

Diana - I am sorry you are still having allergy issues. I really hoped that the removal of broccoli would end your suffering. Congrats on the awesome doc visit!

Kukkie - I almost always exercise while I watch TBL. I feel funny watching it if I'm sittin on my butt.

Happy Wednesday (what's left of it). I'm off to get beds for my future youngins.

Rts good job on the 0.2 down

Jeri probably just water

Vixsin good job on the 1.2lbs gone it sticks around and it a lower number tomorrow We are supposed to go again tomorrow. Congrats on your run. I'm gonna leave about 30-40 minutes earlier tomorrow so I can get the speed in. If I don't sweat I feel like I've wasted my time. .... Coffee date?

LOL Jami I will take that 0.2 any day. I enjoyed my burger and my pizza too. but I also think it had something to do with my getting up at 3am and almost finishing a 20oz bottle of water. I was hot so I woke up (nothing new I'm always up in the middle of the night) checking on the kids. But last night I came downstairs, antsy I guess because I haven't done that for a good long time. But I was working night too maybe it's part of my adjusting stage ... sorry about the run on ...thinking/typing out loud

Coondocks this is so me ----> and not everything else that hops into the cart funny how that happens So happy you're feeling better I just looked at your ticker ... I've gotta catch up see what slacking off did!! I'm talking to myself ... we use to be close Great outlook for you and Jack

Mandy good job on your new low I love Leslie Sansone's DVD's they start off a little slow to me, that's the tease, then she walks you like crazy

Matilda good job on the 0.2 down and glad the stressful part has eased up

Bullet good job on the 1.8lbs gone with no cc and exercise, not bad at all think of how much better it'll be with cc and exercise

Thanks Angie ... wow 4.2lbs ... you go girl I don't take the exercise into consideration. I haven't figured all of that out yet ... and I obviously didn't do enough yesterday to matter ... but I did have a great day and I now that I know I'll do better outside I'll definitely make an effort to get out of here So far so good today. I went to Curves got there early which gave me more time on the circuit because after Zumba I'm ready for home. Angie I believe you can do it Onderland here she comes

Diana journey well done ... I know you were grinning from ear to ear Sorry about your illimation of spinach, you've been eating a handful of spinach for breakfast since I started with you.

Roxy glad you're feeling better ... have fun shopping for the children. I love decorating/changing things around.

Ok I'm gonna hit the treadmill early so I can shower before church just in case I copout when I get back. Talk to you all later

Great work everyone! Diana, so glad to hear everything's going along re: thyroid!

Hope everyone is doing well today - it's nice and sunny here!

1: 251.6 (damnit! 0.6 gained? Went for a 6 km hike yesterday burning 2731 calories and only ate 1400-1500 calories that day. I'm hoping it's just retention caused by dehydration b/c I didn't pack enough water, and because TOM is approaching. We'll see what it is tomorrow. I think I should step it up with the exercise now that I'm heading into my 3rd week.)
2: 252.2 - what the heck?! I really, really, hope this is just because maybe TOM is approaching (Im so irregular, I never really know until it arrives) - but I followed my plan yesterday, deviating only to get a McDonald's cone (150 calories) and I budgeted it for that, too. Not 100% sure why I've gained a pound and a bit back. Very annoying!
3: 252.6 TOM still not here, still getting intermittent symptoms that it's approaching but not here yet. Frustrated, but I know I haven't gone over my calorie budget so I cannot be gaining weight through that (I'm not eating high fat foods or low-nutritional value foods). Just have to persevere and wait.
4: 253.0 Ok, NOW I'm getting frustrated. I've been on a steady rise since Sunday and there's no reason for it. I'm sticking to my plan, I haven't deviated at all, TOM isn't here (yet), and I'm still GAINING. What the ****!? I'm starting to get uber discouraged. I can't go any lower in calories than I wan 1300-1400, and I can't go any higher b/c I'm sedentary for more than 8 hours a night thanks to work. I try to get in 20 minutes of exercise before work, but that doesn't always happen. So frustrated.. I'm doing everything right and I'm GAINING!

@Angie - it's just a WW diary type thing, that calculates the points of the foods and exercises. i'm not sure i like it, and might go back to calorie counting with an app called 'my fitness pal' (android)
