thaisics - I personally just put in that I have a desk job...I have a personal issue with eating back cals. I busted my butt-er to burn. I can talk myself out of eating most sweets by figuring how much time it would take to burn them off, but if I was eating those cals back then I would just be like, what the heck I am eating them back anyways. If it is my biggest issue, I can handle it.

I also eat 5 or 6 times a day. Some times stretching the snacks out for over an hour. 100 cals here, 100 cals there etc.

LinJ - LOL, I love it!!! My 6 year olds do not want broken pretzels, graham crackers, etc. Atleast if they are broken, they are atleast a little bit smaller, plus you can not get as much dip on them!

Maile - I always weigh at home with my clothes on right before heading to the Dr.s that way I can check to see if our scales are similar. Silly, huh?

Was very happy with the scale today. Even better though, I had the 2nd compliment on how much different I am looking in the last 2 days today!
