Hey, Northern! It's difficult on the weekends, isn't it? Those are my weak times. Ugh, my TOM is winding down, too. Can't wait until I am back to normal. We really are weight-loss twins. It's scary sometimes.
I did OK yesterday, but did too much munching on the bag of dark chocolate chex mix I had leftover from Easter. That stuff is so evil!! If you can stick with one portion, it's not soo bad (140 cals for 1/2 cup, if I remember right), but it just keeps calling you back and back for more! I can't buy anymore of that stuff when this bag is gone.
Welcome to the thread, Skye! You are almost at the halfway point of the 170s...good for you! I think we all have our "bad" days. I always say that every day is a new day to start over and start fresh. Try to do well for the rest of the day and just start up again tomorrow.
Having a hard time staying OP this week. Haven't done anything crazy, but I'm starting to get sloppy with my calorie counting and am not giving 100% to my workouts. "Good enough" has been good enough this week. I don't know what my problem is...but I really need a good kick in the butt!

Thanks, Emme. I was hoping to stay strict through the end of the month and give myself a bit of a break this summer (I have summers off), but apparently part of my brain thinks its already on vacation! I really want to get to my 100 lbs lost goal, then I feel like I would *deserve* a bit of a maintenance break. Oh, why do we sabatoge ourselves?? I have a feeling I will be in this thread for a looooong time.
My WI was this morning and I'm 177.0, so I'm down 2.2 from last Friday. I dropped my calories slightly this past week and tried hard to bump up my exercise a little. My goal for this weekend is to stay OP and focus!

My WI went much better than expected! I'm at 177.9, down 1.1 since last Friday. Being that I haven't been doing all that great lately (not terrible, but not great), I am definitely happy with this loss!
Thaisccs: congrats! So happy to see you're moving along again. I remember how frustrated you were when you got stuck in the 180's for a while. Here's hoping for smooth sailing all the way to the 160's!
