I am hoping to get out of here soon. I've slowed down again, but the advantage, the chicken skin is disappearing......so I can't really complain....but I am sooooooooooo close!!

Got room for one more. If I start to back slide I will need someone to kick my butt in the right direction.

I am at 269 (I refuse to measure my weight in decimal points- to me its maddening...lol) and already ready to get out of the 260's!!!! I have lost 29 pounds as of today, so I'm moving right along- but I'm a little demotivated right now... lookig at that number on the scale and realizing how far I am from my goal is a little depressing sometimes- but I won't quit, that's for sure!

don't get discouraged by your final goal, just look forward to your next mini-goal. according to your sig, that's about 11 pounds. it's so much less daunting. you've already done that twice. 11 pounds? pfft. that's easy peasy.

YAY! I MADE IT! I managed to stay in the 260's for a full week! My reward....is joining the 260's thread! I bounced in and back out twice last month so I didn't want jump in here prematurely this time. But I'm here for sure now! WOO HOO!

Down 1.3 this morning to 265.9!

tis friday and time to change the ticker.

1.4 down today to 266.5 (in your FACE TOM!) and down 3.3 for the week.

i'm definitely not gonna complain since i've been eating birthday cake every day since monday haha. been trying to fit it into my calories, and my weigh in tells me i've succeeded!

this officially puts me back into 'losing' instead of 're-losing' after my honeymoon gain. woo!

Blech - was so motivated all week - weight dropped to 267.... Then had my one day a week that I let myself have something extra - yesterday - had 1790 calories (have been sticking to under 1500) and kept carbs low. This morning - 269 again. Hope it comes off easily, but so annoyed! Do I have to forgo my once a week "cheat day"??

haha don't forgo your cheat day, just make it the day after or the day of your official weigh in, so you can eliminate the results before your next weekly weigh in

don't stress the daily fluctuations. they are nice to help you determine sensitivities, but your weekly trend is a much better measure of your progress. chin up!
