Stupid scale says I gained a pound! Thats why I usually don't weigh on the weekends! Its so hard to stay on track on the weekend. I try to weigh around Thurs. for just that reason, but sometimes I just can't seem to help myself. I know I didn't get enough water fri. & sat., hopefully thats it.

I am here too...just joining the 260's groups this morning because I weighed in, and am at 269.8! It's close but it still counts! WOOHOO!

That happened to me last week, for me it was sodium. Now I am super careful about my sodium intake before weighing in!

I weighed in at 261 lbs today. (I lost 2 lbs) I am liking my new scale! (I made sure that I adjusted my old weight, new weight on the new scale so that I am really measuring weight loss and not differences in scales).

Now that I am being a bit more active, I am out of my plateau.

Sodium always does me in, and I have really been watching the labels and making sure I don't take in too much sodium. For instance I used to drink spicy v8 juice like it was water, until I finally read the label and saw that EACH GLASS has 33% of my daily sodium allowance! (and that is assuming I measure out an 8 ounce glass, which we all know I was not doing......)

Congrats authentic, that's awesome! I haven't weighed myself today..kind of afraid to lol. You're almost out of the 260's though, keep it up!

Hey guys! So today starts the newest journey... Mondays I don't have to go in to work until late so I don't start eating until 11... so I don't eat breakfast. I always have lunch and dinner and I am sure I will find a place for my 2 snacks So far today I had a nice salad with some egg, cheese and turkey for protein. I have edamame at the ready for my snack in a couple hours
I have a suggestion for the night snacking... I like to use sunflower seeds. I get them in the shell and suck off the salt then break them open and it them... I spend quite a bit of time with each seed, so I don't really eat that much but it keeps be busy and feeling like I am eating.

Thanks ilidawn and cajun moma for the support! I am having a stressful day at work today and trying not to eat to numb myself. I just drank a protein drink as a snack (sugar free) so hopefully that will get me through my emotional stress until dinner.

Hello. First Time Poster, Long Time Thread Stalker (kinda).

I am sitting in the middle of the 260s (265) and I also seem to be stuck there. I have been trying to lose weight for around two months and I initially dropped 10lbs but nothing since April started and I am not sure what I am doing wrong (or not doing).
