I was a little worried about the scale this morning - yesterday had a lot of challenges but I think I weathered them OK if not perfectly (my daughter's birthday party, date night with my husband...)
I wound up having 1600 calories, which was over the 1500 I try for but not so bad, but my carbs were a little higher then usual (I've been tracking everything) But I was down almost a pound when I got on the scale this morning - 268.8... So relieved to still be here

How have you guys dealt with some of these "eating occasions"??
