260 even again - yay! I hope this is when I finally break into 250's. On a happy note - have been cleaning all day and found box of clothes from thinner days - and it all fit! So happy... Tried on a dress from my largest and was falling off - made me feel good when the past week has been so hard (I was totally OP and exercising and scale was up and down...)

I think I will be stuck here for at least another week. Sorry Mandy. Fell a bit off the wagon this weekend. I will be back on though on Tuesday!

I am so frustrated! 261 this morning. For some reason I've been going between 260 and 261 all week, even though I've been OP all week and exercising. This is driving me crazy!
Should I just go radical on calories/carbs for a couple of days? I hate to get more extreme - I've found a place that's really livable (under 1500 cal/day, exercise 5 times/week - 3 cardio & 2 strength training, and low carb). Which I'm used to but for some reason this week the scale has stopped moving... Any suggestions?

259.6 today. Lost 2 lbs since yesterday. I think my scale is trying to make me feel good since I splurged more than I should have yesterday. Hopefully will not be back up tomorrow. If it is, I will be here to say HI! If not, I will see you all in the 250s thread.
Have a safe and happy 4th everyone!

freefall - with all that exercise your calories might be too low, have you tried upping them to around 1800? at 259 and no exercise due to an injury i eat 1600-1700 per day and still lose 1-2lbs per week. maybe upping the cals will get the scale moving again. i've seen it work before!

Thanks Mandy - I guess if I HAVE to eat more... I'll try an extra few hundred calories of protein today - I'm going to try drinking more water too... The only difference I can think of in what I've been doing is that I did actually cut out my cheat day so I would lose faster and I've been outside in the heat more, so here's to drinkin' (water, sadly!) and cheatin'

Hopefully I'll join you in the 250's thread soon!

are you using a website to track your calories? i'm on myfitnesspal and love it! there are several others, i know that livestrong's daily plate is pretty good too but i didn't like the app for my phone as much as MFP. most of those kind of sites will give you a suggested calorie goal for your age/weight/activity level based on how much you want to lose per week 1lb, 1.5lbs, 2lbs, etc.

Hi everyone! I've been in the 260s for a couple weeks now... hoping to be out soon, though I had a minor setback this past weekend.

Wednesday is my official weigh in day, so we'll see what happens then!

Ladies, just wanted to say how AMAZING you all are, and also FAREWELL to the 260's group, as I lost 4 pounds last week and am now into the 250's! (257 to be exact)- see you all on the other side very soon!!!

Mandy - I'm using Tap and Track for the iphone - I also have livestrong and a couple of others on there to see what Tap and Track doesn't have, but I do find Tap and Track the easiest to use...
260 this morning... sigh... congrats to those of you who are out of here and hope to see you in the 250's soon... if this plateau ever ends!

Well, I'll be here for a little while yet. It seems like everyone is leaving - but that's GOOD! Way to go all!

258.2 this morning - finally! I'm posting in the 250's and hoping that things don't go in the other direction... I'll see you soon in either scenario...
