I found another site with BMI - it divides it between the different levels of Obesity which is kinda nice, but also NOT nice! :lol:

Hope you heal soon :) I'm a little frustrated with myself right now, I've been hovering around 260 for a while, and I'm just OVER it, but can't seem to convince my inner-self to STOP sabotaging myself! I yesterday I had a semi-free day, as in I didn't count my calories, and I had three slices of veggie pizza (I made it at work, so I controlled the amount of cheese on it!) I checked, and my calories actually were within budget, even having a free day, because I made good choices in my other meals. I think I might make a habit of this two or three times a month. But then this morning I discovered the mini peanut butter cups in the fridge and ate a bunch of those, some chips, and a big bowl of chop suey. I've felt like a slug for like ... three hours. I fell into a sleep/food coma after it, and it wasn't pleasant. Anyhow, I'm back on the wagon, chinese chicken salad wrap for dinner, no snacks. It shouldn't be too bad since I'm a couple thousand calories under budget for the last week, but with all the salt I've had in the past few days, I'm waiting for the repercussions. It's okay. Just gotta keep making good choices now! And I'll take a run tonight as long as the skies don't open up a flood. Very soon I'll be down ten pounds, and I can't wait! I think I might put a :carrot: in my siggy for every ten pounds lost. |
SwimGirl -Thank you. And yes I can see I did break blood vessels! I have all theses red spots all around my eyes, up to my temples even! It sucks! I'm feeling a little better now.

I'm not too worried. Yesterday I ate off plan, but that was the plan so I guess it doesn't count. Today was just me being a brat, but it was right at the beginning of the day, so I think I've had time to compensate for it. Thanks for the :hug: though! :hug:
