up.8 to 188.8 today, but I'm not even upset about that.
A late night outting at Folklarama (had a bit to eat, not much, not over calorie, just really late in the evening and I didn't have any bevvy besides water) and TOM coming early has left me up . . . . but up .8 I can handle.
Lots of walking planned for today so lets hope that moves down tomorrow!
I had a really interesting day yesterday with not eating hardly at all. My total calorie intake was 535. I'm not depressed, I just didn't feel like eating. I was tired from getting in so late every night and didn't feel much like eating yesterday and didn't eat. I was gonna take a Slim Fast to ride with last night and forgot it. However, I did get to go to ihop after service but the calories were only 125 for what I ate and since it was between 11:30-11:50 I didn't want to eat a lot anyway. My weight yesterday was 176.4, I got up this morning to 174.8. I would love for that to stick but I know that it won't. Be back later, gotta run. Have a great day.

Jennie I was the exact same weight this morning. I'm sure yours is true. I only ate 535 calories yesterday so tomorrow I'm sure it will be what it should have been today. Congratulations on the new low.
love2b150 - Thank you, yesterday was a struggle for me. After I ate dinner I went to my bf's house and somehow ended up making him brownies. I didn't even have a taste of it, no brownies for me, so I'm happy about my decision. The night before I refused pizza! haha. It just feels like a challenge every night now...My dad told me yesterday after he got home he would bring pizza back for tonight, I told him I didn't really want to eat junk like that but he doesn't seem to understand. I'm not sure If I should work it into my calorie count or just say no and eat my normal food. I feel bad when I don't eat what my dad brings back because we don't have very much money and I feel like I'm wasting food when I refuse it. A LOT of stuff around my house doesn't get eaten and has to be thrown out.
Diana - I totally understand the feeling of being able to do more with belly out of the way, especially the knee lifts. I was showing off to hubby the other day how high I can get my knees now.
Jennie - You shouldn't force yourself to eat pizza and you shouldn't feel guilty. You told him ahead of time. If you are able to call him before he would stop for the pizza then maybe do so and suggest he just get enough for him and tell him you'll feed yourself or look into something you'd be ok with from the place he gets pizza and ask for that. If he brings you pizza anyway you don't have to let it go to waste. Pizza will freeze quite well. When my hubby gets a pizza I put what he doesn't eat in ziplocs (2 slices per bag) for him to eat later.
I'm down 1.2 today to 165.4. TOM is playing peek-a-boo with me though, so I'm not going to trust that it'll stay.

Swimgirl: DEBS its a place to shop whether you are plus size or a size 0 its for all sized girls. That why I love that store. They have a website you can check out.
FitGirlyGirl - I never force myself to eat anything, I always take great care about what I put in my mouth and I know the consequences of it. He will bring it home either way since that is HIS dinner. Guilt will always be there though no matter my choice in the end. Food around my house is very weird, when he does bring home stuff to eat, even if its put in the fridge/freezer, its rarely eaten as leftovers. lol
I'm back down to 221.8! That's down 7.4 since my first weigh-in of the month last Tuesday. Easy come, easy go with water weight and now I'm all recovered from my vacation food.
In July I started at 229.4 and I only saw 221 on the 20th and then bounced back up for the rest of the month. I sure hope I keep going this month and stop the bouncing!

And Red, I hope everything is working out. That bloated blocked up feeling is the worst even if you aren't trying to weigh in daily.
