SwimGirl: Yes I'm really close I don't have any rewards in mind because last week was my vacation and I went to Dallas and Hot Springs so I pretty much did all the shopping I need for right now!, But I did get tons of new clothes (I love DEBS) so that could be my reward even though I already received it lol
Jennie - good job on avoiding the pizza! That little gain will go away soon, it's likely water from processed foods, guzzle the water!
hannah - Sounds like a fun trip! I am busy saving for a trip in October, I plan to shop and shop and shop!! What is DEBS?
Diana - anytime You are a constant source of motivation for me, you are SO consistent and it's so amazing to see how it adds up! You are truly doing an amazing job, I can just hope to catch a ride in your wake!
Guess what?? I ate 98% on plan today!! My only downfall was the iced tea I had this evening - sugar drinks are OFF plan for me. Hoping to sneak on the scale tomorrow morning before work, but with very little sleep I don't know that I'll see anything on the scale. Here's hoping!!

redsox33 Great job on the quad stretch. Aren't the little things amazing! I did a standing ab video the other day. I haven't done that workout in a few months, at least. I had some difficulty executing the moves before because of my belly. The other day, it was like "wow, I can feel the moves now". Oh, another thing, in some of my workouts there are knee ups, and now I can bring my knees up higher, since there's not as much belly in the way, LOL. These are just little things, that when you first notice them it's like "Wow!".
Hmm, I don't know what happened to me. Whatever it was, I will take it, Thank You Very Much! My body must have gotten rid of the TTOM water weight.
Diana, that's wonderful that you're seeing results/improvements in your moves during your workouts. I totally understand about the belly. I notice a difference in my belly when I'm on my bicycle. What a nice loss for you on the scale this morning.
Ladies, I am constipated and it really hurts. My weight right now is 215.4, the better half is sleeping in, and I'm hoping for a potty in the next hour. I have potty cramps and nothing is budging. Sorry if this is TMI. If I don't potty by Noon, I'll post the 215.4 as official, but will be disappointed with that.
