This morning I weighed-in at 178.4! I'm super surprised, I think if I'm still in the 170's tomorrow its official and I'm heading over to the 170s thread. Big whooshes like this scare me a little.

Big whooshes scare me too but that is how it happened to me this week. I had been 180 for about a month and in one weigh in it was 177, and it stuck. See you in the 170's thread tomorrow!
