A little bit of loss. .4 lbs so I'm down to 183.4. It's not huge but at least it's something.

I may have to go back to the 190's group...lol
I am up 190.0 today
But we went out for our 19th anniversary and well I over did it
but it was only one meal and I got right back on the calorie bandwagon.

Yesterday we went to the lake and spent 5 hours in the sun and water. I am hoping alot is water weight. Our temps here are 100.

we will see. Im doing extra workouts today.

Hey kids! Can I join in?

I've been eyeing this thread since I hit 190 last week and this morning when I weighed myself I came in at EXACTLY 189. So, I would love to chime in with all of you and see if I can get out of the 180's.

How does this work? Do we just report in as our weight drops?

Nice to meet all of you!

Just check in anytime you want. Some of us do it almost daily, there are some that do it every so often. It's up to you.

Welcome ANewCreation! I wish you luck in the 180s and the nicest thing I can say to you is that I hope the time you spend in this decade is less than what I have!

Terre, I would give it a few days before you officially consider yourself in the 190s again. It's just a small glitch that I am sure you will recover from in no time.

As for me, my scale keeps dancing from 182-184. Since I started my calorie counting journey this is the longest I've spent in a certain decade.
