SwimGirl - Sonic is sooo much better than McDs. If you don’t already know them it is better if you never go, then you don’t have to fight it. I’m sorry your scale is up, TOM’ll do that to you.

I'm sorry so many of you are having TOM related issues. Stay Strong!

I’m down .8 today to 168.2. I won’t be happy until I get out of the 167.5-170 range though. I am so tired of this bouncing. I am hoping that now that TOM has gone away the scale will just keep going down. I don't know if that's the problem though since TOM doesn't usually cause me to bounce and I've been doing it more than 2 weeks now.

Good morning, Friends! I'm down .4 today. I'm moving along like a herd of turtles! Starting today, I'll be on the treadmill every day for at least 30 minutes. I'm also going to start Jiliian's 30ds.

Miss Kelly - You are doing very well. Claim it, girlfriend!
Aimee - I really do love Southbeach. I'm following a SB kind of plan now. No grains, limited fruits, health proteins and fats, lots of veggies. It works.
Tara- Hope you start feeling better today. Ignore those scales. Today, they are not your friend.

Ugh, I am so frustrated this morning! I weighed in initially at 254.8. I weighed myself again later and it said 255.2 (and I hadn't eaten). So I weighed myself again to test the scale and it said 253.8! Now I'm wondering if my scale has been right at all this week. I have another one buried in my closet but I'm going to wait until my boyfriend wakes up to do that. So annoying!

Good Morning!

I'm super excited, I'm down another 2 lbs to 198.8! I know it's only because I started on Saturday and that the loss will slow down, but hey, I'm still excited.

Another full day of work ahead, followed by a NROL session at the gym! Brought lunch and snacks (all healthy) with me to work and dinner's all cooked so that when I get home from the gym, I don't need to worried about being exhausted to cook and eating junk!

Yay me!

Good Morning, everyone! Busy place already this morning.

Down .2 this morning to get me 216.2...so close to a new number I can taste it. In only .4 pounds I will be at a milestone 20 lbs lost. I'm sure that's why my scale has been messing around with me for the past week and a half.

Have a great day, everyone!

Thanks for the advice y'all. Normally I eat between 1300 and 1500 calories a day, I just missed some food that day because I was at the doctor's office forEVER. I'll try to be more consistent with my calories. Its hard eating every 3 hours or so, I used to only eat once a day, one huge meal at dinner, and snacks other than that. So I guess my body is getting used to the change. Even though I am eating less calories, I am eating more often. Maybe that has something to do with it.

And yes, I do exercise, in fact I just came from the gym. I go every other day for now (just started 10 days ago) and I am using a trainer.

Diana - cardio party 1 I believe, it was on the original DVD set. It was good, 45 minute workout, I am a little stiff this morning.. congrats on your pound!

Coondocks - retaining water? It'll go away soon, not a true weight gain. Drink lots of water today!

FitGirly - McD's tastes different in Canada than the USA, not so greasy here! There isn't a Sonic nearby so I think I'm safe! You are getting there, keep up the good work

Rhonda - South beach definitely works for my body as well, the bf and I just finished the first phase and are in phase two. So far so good!

penguin - glad to hear you are headed back down

I got on the scale this morning, and I am UP 2.2 total now. I drank SO much water after my workout yesterday and didn't pee ANY of it out! Lovely water weight! Go away TOM, go away!

That's scary! Isn't it funny how that happens, though? A long time ago I worked in a dental office. It was mostly all females except for 2 male dentists. All the females were hormonal at the same time. It was a nightmare. Then the 2 that were in their 20's got pregnant at the same time. That was even worse. They were hormonal and would start arguing. They were 8 months pregnant, ending up out back and wanting to fight it out. Crazy stuff!

McD's portion sizes are a lot smaller in Canada too, well in general portion sizes at restaurants are smaller up here. Was in Baltimore a few weeks ago, and I was amused and shocked at how incredibly HUGE some of the portions were. And CHEAPER too! How does that work out?

Note: After swimming last night..no rain last night yay!!...I went to the mail box & the Dr Floras Colon Cleanse system I ordered arrived & I started it drinking it down before bed. It started working early this morning. Just letting you know so you don't think I went crazy jacked up on caffeine pills til dawn in the pool ..since you never know with me lately huh? lol Down 2.4 to 243.4

GirlyGirlSebas: Thanks! I really think you'll love that 30 day shred...it really helps push along results. My son was frustrated & stuck at 197 & as soon as he started that he began to drop again. Work it!!!

Diana: Congrats!! 20lbs til onederland you must be so psyched up!

Swimgirl: Keep up with your cardio or Im going to drag you down here for a Swim Boot Camp! =P You're going to have such a great woosh when TOM is over..especially doing Turbo Jam! I am rooting for you in the biggest way!

Mellington: Thank you.

Kukkie: Congrats!!

Terre: Congrats!!

Eclipse: Relieved to see youre away from the 19 thats been playing games with you. All downhill from here now!

Congrats on all losses & stalls will pass!!

MissKelly: I've done a different colon cleanse but still had pretty interesting results. It didn't really contribute to my weight loss per se, but my energy levels shot through the roof and I slept better! How long is yours supposed to last?
