Knob, I'm always trying to get back to my ticker weight too. I'm .2 lbs up from it today. I reset it every time I see a new low knowing full well it probably will not stay there.

I didn't weigh today - I was up and drinking a lot of water by 4 am and then ended needing to eat something too because I was feeling nauseated from the coughing.

My weight was up 2 lbs yesterday - haven't adjusted my ticker yet. I'm going to wait to see what it ends up being once I'm better and then decide whether or not it's enough to change the ticker upwards.

knobhdy- That is a great loss after taking a break from journaling.
Michelle98272 - Boucing also drives me crazy. Maybe you will just have whoosh soon and be done with the bouncing.
Marigrace - you are so close to onederland, just keep going, it will not be long now
PeanutsMom- I am sorry you still feel yucky today. I hope it will pass quickly.

Oh man. I'm super late today. Buuuut. I'm back up .4. Meh. I think it'll be down tomorrow. I had a really really great workout that I finished up about a half an hour ago.

I'm also guilty of not updating my ticker everyday. I only update it with new lows, knowing I have to get back down to that and pass it!

PeanutsMom: You know how it goes when you're sick. Your body holds onto eeeverything. It will pass and you'll get a nice loss once you're recovered. Hang in there!

Marigrace, take a look at your post, right beneath your name: Fall 7 times, stand up 8. Come on! We're all here for you.

I'm back down .6 . I just knew today would be better.

That's funny! Marigrace, I got stuck at 203 for a VERY long time. It's so frustrating to be so darn close!! Move ticker, move!

As for me, nothing new to report, but I'm glad I'm staying the same down instead of up.

Still going down. Even though I'm doing pretty well, I'm so very impatient. My (not so) secret wish is that I would wake up tomorrow morning with the body I've always hoped for. Silly, huh.

marigrace - Hang in there. Make what you need non-negotiable. You can do this!

One foot in front of the other, ladies. We'll just keep plugging along until we hit our goals!!!

Crush, not silly at all! I do the same thing every morning. I'm always just a little disappointed that the little skinny fairy didn't visit in the middle of the night.

thanks saksn4, MomtoThree and Gourmet Bean.

I wish I could report that I'm feeling better but it's actually worse today - very stuffed up and now have a chest cold too, which I was hoping to avoid.

And to add insult to injury, the scale was up another 2 lbs this morning, so now a total of 4. bleargh. I'm still not counting it as a gain, though, not until I feel better and see what the final damage is.

Peanuts, as it was said before, your body is probably holding onto water to help heal you. Not to mention the fact that your body is over producing mucus and such. I think it's better to gain while sick because you know it will come off. If we lose when we get sick it's always disappointing to see it pile back on.

Saks, you are doing so well!! When did you start? It doesn't seem like it was all that long ago and you're down 18 lbs! Good for you!
