Okay So Last Night didnt go as Planned. When i left work I had 7 pts in
But I did make sure to try - my hardest to stay on plan.
After work I went by some friends house - I knew they'd be having dinner and would try and LURE (lol) me into eatting - they were having fajitas - with rice and all of that - But I stopped and got myself a 6" inch Subway Turkey & Ham sandwich no cheese no Mayo - - 6pts

I was HUNGRY and had such a sweet tooth - I really wanted a ICE CREAM - but I choose the Cereal instead.....
I had to make my husband a pasta salad for his pot luck at work and I took a nibble - ya know Had to taste it to make sure it was okay
I had the points - so I ate them - should I feel guilty about that ? ? ?
Maybe. But I REFUSE to ALLOW MYSELF - I Could have made better choices .... But didnt .... But hey it was only my 3rd day back on TRACK .. so ALL in all I am doing okay -
